I have seen Vicki for an exercise program. I thought I knew everything about my body, but after being assessed I learned about my muscle imbalances. It makes a difference having someone watching you move. She gave me targeted exercises to work on to improve these imbalances. My knees and back are feeling better.

One stop shopping at Align Family Health & Fitness!It is a pleasure working with kinesiology’s Vicki, who I have found to be personable and professional. She helps keep me motivated and does a great job at keeping each session different. It is a pleasure working with her.And there is Melissa, who gives a fantastic massage, so relaxing and any soreness disappears!Highly recommended.

My time with Kinesiologist Vicki has helped me get my health back. I am more mobile, stronger and know more about how to keep my body healthy and moving in everyday life. From better posture to improved flexibility and ease going back to sports like rock climbing, Align and work with Vicki is one of the best things I’ve ever done for myself. Dietitian Maggie also changed the way I view food and hunger - eating doesn’t feel like an inconvenience any more! She brought the joy back into eating, cooking and grocery shopping!

My experience with Julie has been incredible. We started with an assessment and a few sessions, and the progress has been amazing. I came in with so many challenges, and one by one Julie methodically works with me to address them. The practical difference this is making to my everyday life is priceless - each week I can move more, do more and be more present in my life. Julie is lovely, gentle and calming. She is also an experienced professional who knows how to get your body moving like it should so you can get your life moving like you want to. If you want to feel better, go see Julie!

Every time I have requested an appointment Julie has fit me in same day or in the very near future. Her massage therapist does a wonderful job - deep tissue massage that helped to correct my seized back very quickly. Julie's knowledge and passion for body mechanics is obvious and endearing. A bright, clean space, very welcoming. Will absolutely return!

I started coming to Align last year to see Manuela (An athletic therapist) when I sprained my ankle in a volleyball tournament. I had 2 weeks to recover before my Provincial Championship and she helped me do so. I had an assessment and then many appointments where she gave me exercises and helped break down the scar tissue so I was able to play. She helped recommend braces and things to do before playing and then I continued to come after to keep up the recovery. The space is very clean and refreshing and everyone there is always super welcoming. Overall a very helpful and positive experience.

Two years ago I made the best decision ever to try personal training at Align Family Fitness and I'm completely thrilled with their expertise and guidance that has released me from years of chronic and debilitating back pain!My trainer, Julie, and the rest of the staff are caring, kind, friendly, encouraging, and always professional! The studio is beautiful and super clean - just a great space to focus on improving my strength and health.Plus, I always leave with a big smile on my face and in my heart too!So thankful for my experience and I look forward to continuing my journey to better health with Align!
