Received a life jacket for Christmas. Not happy with the way it fits, but the store refuses to do exchange or refund despite me contacting them Dec 28. Item is new, with tags. Have invoice. Customer service is terrible at this store. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Trailhead Paddle Shack, the only store that exists outside its online service, opened at Fairlawn Plaza on 06 September 2016. Its baby blue store front certainly grabs attention. This is what attracts one to then look at the smaller logo and decide to explore.There is a wheelchair accessible entrance through one of its doors and a sign which reads: Attention Customers. Please leave all bags at the front cash. Thank You!" As I am wearing a knapsack

Fantastic experience today. Awesome service. The people here really know how to help people. They aren't pushy, take their time and truly listen to your needs and make great recommendations. We walked out buying a new fiberglass SUP. Highly recommended!

Amazing amazing customer service. Gary in warranty gets 10 gold stars. I bought a boardworks shubu raven in December on sale and online. Shipping was fast. Unfortunately after using the board it started leaking at one of the seams. Contacted the store, they were awesome about replacing the board and their customer service was fantastic. Purolator LOST THE BOARD but trailhead was with me every step of the way to make sure I received a replacement. Can’t say thanks enough. Great people to work with.

Came in this afternoon looking for light folding chair for backcountry camping. All the staff were pleasant and helpful. The gentleman who assisted me (didn’t catch his name) went above and beyond to find what I was looking for. Great first experience, will definitely shop here again. Thanks guys

Very helpful and knowledgable staff. They showed me different tent options and explained the pros and cons of each. Allowed me to setup the tents I liked in store to see which fit me best. Lots of selection for paddling products. Definitely one of my favourite spots for outdoor gear. Can be pricey but the quality and support is great. Watch out for sales and you can snag some great deals.

The staff recommended I use an aquaseal product to patch my leaking inflatable PVC SUP. I prepped the areas as per the directions but the material never seemed to cure or adhere. I can simply peal it off. I just went to Canadian tire and got a tube of seal all to fix it. It's not the money lost that bothers me as much as it is the time wasted doing the repair twice and cleaning off what I assume is meant for fixing neoprene.

This is a great outdoor shop. I recently bought my first pair of snowshoes there. A member of the staff was very helpful and explained the difference in the various brands and styles.It was very helpful to make my final choice. I will definitely return to this store in the future.
