Store continues to be excellent. I don't like the new parking lot. Very small spaces. Most cars parking with an empty one in between and no way to park in the available open spaces. Can no longer pull through either if the space ahead is open.

Produce selection is by far the best in all of Port Alberni. The better selection is reflected in the price point but well worth the extra pennies.Quality Foods also has a lot of specialty ingredients that you won't find at the other grocery stores in town.

It's quality foods. They are an island-based grocer, and one I don't mind going to. Some prices are good, some are higher than other places. They have a large bakery, deli, the kitchen area has some good prices, lots of seating in the café. I also like that they have local produce, frozen foods, etc. The chinese food is decent and fairly priced, too.

We ordered flowers over the phone from the florist section and had them delivered. The flowers were fresh and the arrangement was beautiful. Excellent value. The staff member we spoke to was very courteous and helpful. The flowers were delivered on time as promised.
