Super frustrating. I understand that there is a shortage of baby medication. That aside, this is the 3rd pharmacy I've gone to asking about baby allergy medication. I'm a nurse and I'm confused and frustrated. Staff your pharmacies and provide accurate timely information!

I have prescriptions faxed here for 10AM hoping they will have it ready for pick up by 4pm. I go to pick up at 4pm only for them to tell me I have to wait 1 hour for them to get it ready.

NEVER EVER VISIT THIS PHARMACY. A lady who looks like Indian who always ask you to wait 1 hr or ask to come tomorrow even if you had visited after 4 hrs of prescription faxed by your Dr. Also her attitude was very bad, no respect to customers, she never understands the patients urgency , I would give negative or 0 star here only because of her attitude, other 2 ladies were really good and explained and delivered medicine soon. Also they won’t call you even if the medication is ready for pickup regardless of urgency. I don’t see this issue with other pharmacies like Walmart, I requested Dr to change the pharmacy to Walmart.

I've Been a customer for years because it's very convenient. Staff is very curt And do the minimum required. Friendly is not in their vocabulary .
