Great service! Lori was very personable and knowledgeable straight shooter. I'd highly recommend this location.

Needed assistance on repairing a pair of sunglasses (just before noon right after Civic Long Weekend). Personnel was not helpful at all. Quickly proceeded to say we don't repair on site. Fine, but courtesy goes a long way. Then asked where I could find the display for Oakley sunglasses. Again, with no friendliness, pointed to display case.I would rather shop online than visit this kiosk.Never again! Poor service, if you would call pointing" a sevice."

Hands down the best place to shop for new sunglasses! Lori, Isabel, and Vandana work tremendously as a team providing the best customer service I’ve ever seen. They’re always treating everyone so nice and with great personalities all around. I feel very comfortable and welcomed at this location during every visit. I will keep coming back to get my sunglasses from this location and refer all my friends and family to this very specific location. Thank you for the wonderful experiences Sunglass Hut team!

The young girl who was helping me was incredibly sweet. She was working alone and busy and still managed to make sure I found what I needed. The negative reviews do not match with the experience I had today. Some people complain just to complain. I recommend this location

I’ve shopped at this location for 10 years, and have purchased over a dozen pairs of glasses! The service has always been above and beyond (I actually purchased a new pair of Versace yesterday - thank you Sean and Lori!) I’ve also purchased while Isabel and Vandana have been working, and was so impressed with how helpful they were during the purchase!This is the only place I go to purchase glasses, and I can’t wait to purchase my next pair. I’m sure anyone who has actually purchased a pair of glasses here would agree with me!The only thing I will say, I have had to wait a few moments before I purchased glasses. It appears to me the staff don’t have an office or break room, considering it’s a kiosk, but I’ve always been happy to wait for them to help me with my purchase!Keep up the great work and customer service to those of us who have purchased glasses from you!

Today I went specifically to the mall to get some good sunglasses before vacation. Long story short, the young female working apparently said hi to me twice from across the booth (I was the only one browsing at the time) and when she finally came to assist, our interaction ended up in a great debate, and her saying I “looked at her funny”. I have a hearing deficit and also a fused neck, so yep it’s very possible that I looked at you funny. Again I apologize, just like I did today. I am so glad that I did NOT spend $200+ here today.If you want a nice pair of sunglasses, do yourself a favour and go to a professional eye care store. This kiosk is for only for privileged, teens with disposable income to shop, it seems.

Disappointed in this location.I went here to look for sunglasses and the 2 ladies working this afternoon were so dismissive. Not even offering to help look for another pair of sunglasses if the one I initially came to see was out of stock.They looked very depressed to be working there and pretty tuned out tbh…. It seemed like they were annoyed to have to work! Very awkward interaction. Eek!Pickering location is much better :)

I purchased a new pair of Sunglasses yesterday and the two ladies that were serving me were extremely helpful and professional. They had a lot of knowledge of all the products and helped me pick out the right pair of sunglasses. I’m very happy with my purchase.

Always been sceptical of purchasing new sunglasses that are on the $$$ side, but wow, am I glad I did.Arriving at the store I was greeted by Lori, friendly, energetic and you can just tell she is so passionate about ensuring her customers walk away happy.She listened to what I wanted, she allowed me to try on multiple sunglasses with no problem at all. Nothing I asked was a bother, and I left with great sunglasses and great conversation. Thank you to you and your team Lori, I won’t be going anywhere else!
