Great staff. Very professional. Thought I had a broken screen on my phone. Took it in to have it repaired, and was asked if I was sure if it was just my screen protector that had cracked. Turns out it was just my screen protector. Will definitely be a repeat customer

Had a great experience getting my cell phone repaired. Very trustworthy and exceptional work was done for me at a reasonable price. Nathan is very professional and was super helpful to order the part I needed and fix my phone the following day. Brantford is truly lucky to have this gem.Nathan knows his stuff and treats his customers really well. He stands behind his work. Went to him with cracked screen twice, he fixed it and even though the latest was a last minute emergency situation, he took care of it on the spot, even though it meant having to stay past store hours to do it.I wish more businesses were as honest and customer-focused as mobile mend. Nothing but good things to say!

I had my IPhone 11 screen replaced by Nathan. He replaced it within under 1 hour at a very fair price (also the lowest quote i got within Brantford). Phone looks and feels like a brand new phone. VERY happy with my experience and will be recommending to anyone needing any tech repaired.I will be returning once my child breaks my phone again.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Honestly one of the best businesses I've ever dealt with. Professional, fair, and very easy to understand. It's one of the rare electronics repair stores where the owner doesn't say a million techy" words so they can justify charging 150 bucks to clean the charging port.For my experience; I brought my phone in after it stopped getting service. I was told from the get go it was likely irreparable but if I wanted him to look into it he would do that for me. From the beginning I was kept in the loop

If you have a broken cell phone you MUST bring your phone here. Fast drop off, professional and curteous customer service, super fast repair and above and beyond service. Friendly and did i mention fast? My phone was destroyed and the technician brought it back to life , in about 1 hr. Amazing. Look no more this is the premium cell phone repair buisness in the brant ,cambridge snd surrounding area.

I just wanted to say thank you to Nathan for clearing the charging port on my phone, there was something stuck in there and the connection couldn't be made.He took the time to help me out, I was just dropping in and he had a look at it right away then proceeded to fix it.
