I've used Staelens twice now and have been very pleased with their services. Andrew went out of his way to travel to the spot my vehicle was parked at and fixed the issue both times, my only other option was to take it to a Dealership and they were talking all kinds of crazy prices. They are very accommodating with your schedule, professional and very reasonably priced, best part is they come to you!!. Highly recommend.

Andrew was polite, timely, honest and efficient. Within 20 minutes of calling I had a quote and he was out to open my door and had a spare key made. If you are looking for a good company He IS IT. Definately will use again if needed. Thank you Andrew.

Excellent service! They came right out after our lock stopped accepting our keys after a recent lock rekeying service and didn't charge us for the repair. Thanks for working with our schedule and giving us piece of mind with our locks!

I called Andrew and told him what was going on with my truck and he knew what to do right away. Andrew was very helpful and even tried to help me save money but unfortunately there wasn’t any short cuts for my situation. I called quite a few locksmiths I even had one come out and he couldn’t program my key. When I found Andrew he came out when he said he was. I was also very impressed with his set up!!! Very organized and Andrew was very professional and fast!!!! I went to the ATM and Andrew already had everything switched and programmed by the time I got back. After a couple of days of long searching Andrew made it possible for me to drive my truck. I have been having been having trouble with door for some time. Made a call and was told a tech will be at place within hour. Surprisingly, tech was at door within 20min. He was excellent and quick. He was very professional, affordable and customer service focused. I recommend using their service !!!

I couldn’t believe how quickly Andrew arrived to help out. I had hardly put the phone down. Before I finished my other phone call, he had picked my truck’s lock and was already reproducing my wife a spare key in his ridiculously outfitted locksmith’s dream van. I’m not sure if I was more impressed with his speed or his van. Needless to say I was working with a professional who valued the customer’s time as much as his own and was in and out in, no joke, 4 minutes.I knew any service call of this type will be over $100, and people should understand that about the service world. I was charged a modest $125 for the lock opening and spare key (no fob on my old truck so probably expect a bit more) and I think it was more than fair. Will be using Andrew for any of my locksmith/keymaking needs in the future
