Food services have gone downhill since Revera bought the property

My parents love it here!!

Excellent place to work, staff is cooperative only at day time.Parking button does not work, nobody sit at reception to do screening at night time for Night staff. I came for Night shift and completely experienced a different staff attitude as compared to day time. Nobody was happy to help me and treated me in a completely stranged way when I asked for the help to park my car in the garrage. I don't know is its the ongoing attitude of the staff or just one time incident. But anyways my only concern is that PLEASE TREAT PEOPLE NICELY IN A PROFESSIONAL WAY IF THEY ARE COMING TO HELP YOU GUYS.

Very nice Retirement home. Only a few years old. Great service. Excellent food. Has three different dining rooms. Not a huge place.

My father has been in the Williamsburg for over 2 years now and regardless of his deteriorating condition the staff have been at all times simply marvelous. Each time we are there we only encounter smiles and witness caring and genuine interaction between staff and residents. The organized activities are numerous, consistent and eclectic enough to have something for everyone. On behalf of everyone in our family I cannot thank the staff enough and want them to know that we feel so much better knowing that my father is safe, well looked after and most of all, happy to be there.

Upon our arrival, we immediately saw my parents names on the parking lot visitor space. This was such a wonderful and simple introduction that my aging parents first experience was already a positive one. The anxieties of them looking to move out of their home was met with the utmost and sincere staff making EVERY effort to accommodate.Sarah the sales person could not be more inviting and comforting to them. They both adored her tremendously.The chef came in on his own and explained the menu and the meal preparations. A totally unexpected delight.We saw the suites and facilities. So clean and organized.In all, both Sarah and the building surpassed all our expectations!

My mother just turned 100 and lives on the Assisted Floor of the Williamsburg in Burlington. This past year has been difficult for everyone and especially for the staff and residents of this, or any, retirement home! The staff at the Williamsburg have gone the extra mile over the past year as I have seen first hand. I am a caregiver for my Mother and feed her dinner each day so I have seen firsthand how amazing the team is at this facility! Everyone rolled up their sleeves (including Management) through a few outbreaks in order to do everything possible to keep the residents safe. Staff & management stayed 24/7 through the the worst outbreaks to protect residents and their respective families, which I am sure was a difficult and anxiety filled experience! Hats off to the team and lets hope we are almost through this pandemic!
