Came in today to pick up my wife’s winter coat. She tried to pick it up on Saturday but they closed before their business hours, I came in and began explaining that I was there to pick up her coat and that I didn’t have her ticket but offered to have her call in and give permission. Right away he began yelling at me telling that he couldn’t give me the item even though it was for her, said he didn’t care if it was cold!Bad customer service and unwilling to work with customers - his lack of help is a very bad way to run a business- bring your items elsewhere I would rate it a 0 stars if it would let me ps grumpy owner stay away!!!!!

Worst dry cleaning service I've ever experienced. Man behind the counter was rude and lacked any customer service and after waiting for almost a week the items taken in were still very dirty.

Clothes came out dirtier than they went in, big dirty dusty streaks on almost everything

2 of the machines were broken but not labeled as such. Ate my money and no one around to get anything back. Went to hasty market to get change sbdvwas told that they couldn't.

Service was unpleasant and prices were higher than other dry cleaners. I was told that I would be charged extra for a winter coat because it had “down feathers” when it was just a cheap North Face winter coat. I was told multiple times that simple water stains would cost extra to be taken out while the next dry cleaner explained they were very easy to remove. I would recommend driving into Guelph and giving your business to someone who values their customers.
