I ordered a window AC unit (Noma) from the site and I went to pick it up. I had recently a back surgery so I needed someone to help me as I can't bend. The person from Canadian Tire was AMAZING and put it himself in my car. The unit is 30 kg heavy and in a bulk boxIt was an AC unit in clearance so I almost got it at half price. 320 $ with taxes for 12000 BTU. After it was installed it's working well. The outside temps weren't so high yet (26) so I'll see how it will work when we hit the summer temps. It was in clearance so I accepted that the cooling fins in the middle had a little area where the fins were hit but we rearranged them and , beside the look, it doesn't affect the functionality.

Very Busy store...lots of products...but the staff sometimes cannot keep up with the volume of customer & their needs....Its not there fault really...The store is really in a Popular area...Bought an Amazing shed there in Summertime....Also some of the coolest Christmas decorations

A good place where we can get all that we need, I usually go for my car service and to buy accessories. Car service is definitely great and mechanics know what they are doing (only if you can get an appointment easily). They have large variety of car accessories, cleaning stuff and paints. Only reason for 1 star less is when I visited other sections specially bikes it was difficult to get some help as there was very limited staff and the one available on the section wasn't fully aware of the products to guide.

clean organize place but if stay 10 mnin front superviser at the return cabine he never do eye contact to avoid help u service. by the way i only needed somebody to handel me protected item i eas about to spend 300$ for men clipper. but i just left.superviser bold guy with glasses

Worst Experience ever, I went to check my car heating system. They asked me to change the thermostat and leave the car for a day and when they are done they will call me. i accepted that and left the car there. One day after they called me and told me that everything is fine and the heating system is working as excepted. I went to pick up my car they asked to pay first 500$" i did pay and when i started my car i still had the same exact issue.Mark Antoin the manager there said that he wont refund me and i will have to pay more or more diagnostic so basically they will change one thing and if it didn't fix the issue i have to pay for it and go for the second issue.MY advice to anyone not even think to go there to fix your car"

This is by far THE best Canadian Tire i have ever been to. People are nice, set ups are always clean. I dont dont how many time the car department helped me out when everything else was closed, the young ones are really friendly and humain, they don’t only treat you as a client but also talk to you and share some personal experiences and the best is they dont try to rip you off . 5 stars well deserved.

Their garage is the WORST...very dishonest mechanics and technicians. They'll go above and beyond to make you pay more. If you care about your time and money PLEASE go somewhere else

Self serve cashes were closed. Only 2 cashes were open. I was 5th in line. Supervisor sent young guy on his break leaving 1 cash open. With at least 10 customers in line, the supervisor saw this, turned around and walked away.
