Great company to deal with, excellent service, very professional. I had skylights and a small roof replaced in a very timely manner. Very pleased with their workmanship. Their quotes are broken down into materials and labour so you clearly see what you are paying for. Great communication and a very tidy clean up at the end. I would highly recommend them.

We discovered a leak in our roof a heavy snowfall was melting and contacted many roofing businesses. Shelby at Islander Roofing was the only one to respond in less than 2 business days. They were not the company that installed our roof but were very ready and willing to book an appt. for a roofer to come and investigate and repair problem. Through this process Shelby communicated with us consistently and as late as 6 pm regarding a roofer to come on a Sunday. We have not seen service like this in any roofing/contractor business and wanted to make sure that Shelby and Islander Roofing get the acknowledgement they deserve for outstanding service. We are so pleased with Islander Roofing! We initially called Islander Roofing to repair an unexpected leak in our home's wood siding. They quickly repaired the job for a cost far less then what we anticipated. With this demonstrated great service, we hired them back again for a custom soffit installation of our entire home several months later. They were knowledgeable about soffit materials that met the esthetic we were going for. They provided billing estimates and equipment rental information up front so there were no surprises. They were on time and worked several long days, despite a heat wave, to ensure the most efficient use of rental equipment needed for our job. Communication with them was effortless as they returned all emails/phone calls in quick order. We were never left in the dark about any decisions with our project. They were always friendly and approachable on the job site as well which further reassured us that we had hired the right company for this project. They were tidy as they worked and their final cleanup of their work area left no trace of them ever being there! They present as honest, transparent and trustworthy professionals which is so refreshing these days. Prompt response to quote. A small local company with broad construction skill-set, lot of heart. They listen well and try to exceed expectations. Work involved removal of lower sections of vinyl siding, remediation repairs of lower house sheathing, house membrane, starter strip, replace damaged siding, replaced soffit, replaced wooden fascia, fabricated sheet metal rodent stops on 6 gable roof ends, inspected and tarred local spots on roof. Attention to detail, ideas for truly resolving issues, aesthetic decorative solutions, strong business ethics and great communication skills are the differentiator. The result was positive, the experience was positive!

My metal-roofed sunroom was leaking so badly, but I was nervous about finding a good roofer because I've often found that they don't really listen to women. I'm SO HAPPY that I called Islander Roofing!! They came and listened respectfully and after Matthew investigated, he and Shelby took pictures as they went, and showed me and explained how it had been improperly installed. They did their repairs, they were so nice and so helpful.If you want to work with people who listen to you and who explain their repair plan, and who are really good people, I think you should call them.
