There were a few staff members speaking badly about the products I was looking at behind me without even greeting me and didn’t seem to want to help find something better either. 3 employees at the cash just stared at me while I waited in an empty line for one of the staff who bad mouthed the products I got to rudely cash me out. Didn’t seem like there’s any management happening. One employee with short hair and glasses was friendly and willing to help so that counts I guess. Will keep ordering online.

Sephora has an amazing staff that is professional. They keep up with the trend and are able to suggest a pallet for a certain skin type. When choosing a perfume, I asked for a certain smell and the rep knew exactly which one would suit me. I was looking for a certain brand and she knew exactly how to apply it and suggested the perfect application brush with it. The store is very organized and the staff welcomed me as soon as I entered the store.

I went to Sephora today!! I was welcomed so well by one of the associate named Gabby ! She’s an exceptional employee!! She made mine and my sister shopping easy and enjoyable!! Gabby is very knowledgeable and I immensely appreciate her help today :)

I went in for an eye brush set. Karly helped me out and gave me the rundown of the different brushes as well as the price ranges and the differences between then as well as Sephora's contribution to the environment and how that interacts with all of their products. I walked out with two sets one for my friend going into makeup artistry and one for myself who is a beginner. Thank you Karly!

I had my makeup done for a wedding in town, and I booked the apt online for a 60 min makeover. I had an amazing experience with Emiliee and I was very pleased with the results. She made me look fantastic! She knew exactly what to use. I would highly recommend getting your makeup done here with Emiliee for a special event.

I was trying a product and an unprofessional staff kept following me all the way and she kept giving instructions on products which I already told her that I was sure what I m going to get .I was always shopping from sephora in Ottawa but due to the terrible customer service in Sephora of Sudbury I will never get there again !
