Graham helped out my wife and I with our renovation project big time! We had asked a lot of questions about different woods to use for our different projects and needed specific cuts multiple times for mdf and birch wood. Every time we were there the staff was friendly and helpful. Hands down the best woodworker in the city. Thanks for everything Graham!

We have been here twice, each time the staff has been friendly and respectful, sadly the lady on the front desk has on both occasions been aloof & condescending. I asked if they carried a very popular and much in demand boho furniture knobs. My business is furniture, keeping up with stylistic changes is my business, her comment when I described what I was looking for was those are very outdated" thankfully I had my mask on so my grin was hidden. We have continued & found these rattan/ wicker & wood knobs online.I have included a picture

Disappointing at best. While the lady at front was very pleasant, I cannot understand how the gentleman at the back tells me they cannot make nor source 1/4 inch cabinet moulding, all the while I'm standing there surrounded by containers full of it. Perhaps I caught a bad day considering he was quite aloof and offered no suggestions. It's a shame because I was going to place an extensive order for additional millwork for the room I am finishing and was so turned off I went elsewhere and found everything I needed. Not a good first impression. I don't think I'll return.

Went in yesterday needing a half inch taken off the bottom of a bifold closet door to fit. The young man (I assume it was Graham Miller) was more than accommodating and didn't even charge me for the cut!!I will definitely be back and recommend them to others in the future.

If you can't find it go there. I was looking for some cabinet hands for my daughters dresser. She wanted bats" (the flying kind) They did not have hem in stock but they did order them for me. Thanks for making my daughter happy and me a hero for finding them"

I've used these guys many times. Had 12 oaks steps many and a few oak T moldings.And one time I had 2 steps made that were 11 feet long and were a beauty. Totally recommended and be confident on these guys they know there stuff.

Came in because my community center needed some picture frame mounts replicated. I don't have a router table and so I can't do this work myself. Apparently the job was not interesting or big enough and they passed on it. The guy was brutally honest and I respect him for that, but I am still stuck with a community task I can't complete myself. Mr brutally honest did recommend someone else, so I can't be completely dissatisfied, even though the recommendation was also a dead end. So if you have a small job, then forget it bc this isn't the place to go. They are really great for kitchen hardware though. Super friendly and professional lady at the front desk as well.
