Budget Blinds to our rescue today! We had new windows being installed and a service man was sent immediately to help us getting our blinds down!Their customer service is the best I have ever experienced. Many thanks to this fabulous company!

Budget Blinds of Airdrie offered an absolutely stellar service and we are so impressed. We were able to meet with Emily, our sales consultant, within a few days of our initial call and she walked us through our various options and provided pros & cons for each, without any pressure. She knew this was not our area of expertise and that we were initially feeling overwhelmed. Her patience was amazing!The cost was well below our initial thinking and we chose a product that was high quality and makes our rooms pop! The product arrived well ahead of estimate and we were able to get an installation appointment within a few days.The installer, Justin, was such a great guy to deal with. He had himself organized within minutes of arriving and moved at a pace I've never seen. I loved the fact that he took all garbage and packing materials with him, so with the exception of some minor furniture adjustment the only thing left for us to do was love our new blinds!Thanks guys, both from us and our neighbours who were getting tired of the peep show". The entire experience from start to finish was great. We called for a quote, and they responded immediately to book a date for the consultation. Adam, designer/consultant came, went through the whole process with us right down to the type of blinds and colour options. He measured the windows and placed the order. One month later, Josh came to install the new blinds, showed us how they worked, explained everything re warranties, replacement, etc.Fabulous group of people to deal with. Most importantly, we absolutely love our new cellular blinds. Not only do they give us privacy, but they also have an insulation factor that has improved our comfort level.

Paul was super helpful and friendly. From start to finish, the experience was phenomenal. I felt that I was in great hands the entire time. My window coverings looks so good!! Do not hesitate to contact these guys for exceptional service and beautiful window coverings.

We just had our whole house fitted with blinds, from start to finish they were amazing to work with, great advice, huge amount of choices. The finished products are fabulous! Highly recommend!

Budget Blinds was great. Adam’s home assessment was awesome. He was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. He gave us all the choices and put up with all our back and forths when we couldn’t decide. He then provided us with multiple quotes and fine tuned them as requested until we had what we wanted. Delivery time was a bit long, but that’s the state of the world nowadays so we don’t hold it against them. The blinds look amazing and are exactly what we wanted. And the new cordless technology is really cool.
