Convenient location inside the Walmart. Great staff. Little bit on expensive side I say for their services but overall good experience. 2 Passport pics hard copies cost about $15 and if you need a digital copy on your email, that will be extra $12 + taxes.

Overly priced place for passport photos. For adults, the price is $18.99 (higher than the Heartland UPS store). For kids, they charge $24.99 (not exactly sure why). And the person working there was just miserable.

A shout out to the staff working at the passport office during the busy travel time of the holidays. The process was done quickly and even without an appointment I was able to see someone in under 90 minutes.

Don't even bother. prices don't match the website (was charging 15+tax when I went) so they charge you more at the door. AND kids are extra $$ 22+tax for no reason. we are not talking about 1 or 2 years old which i understand, but up to 8 years old. Pretty sure an eight year old can sit as well as 9 years old.
