Brad of Venture Alarms was very professional and super helpful. We had them install a camera system for our commercial building. We received Venture Alarm's contact information as a recommendation from another company within our area who had their install done by Brad (Venture Alarms). Pricing was great and excellent quality.

Our townhouse alarm was armed by accident and neither us, the previous tenants or our landlord knew the code to disarm. And being a weekend, DCS customer support was closed. Brad and his team provided awesome service each and every time i used them. First they moved my surveillance equipment from my old home to my new home, then they installed 2 more cameras at my new home, then they installed a completed home alarm system as well as a monitored smoke alarm and finally a new DVR recorder was needed and i hired them to install this as well. I also use their monitoring system. Each and every time i have used venture alarms, i have received the most professional, efficient and pleasant service. I cannot think of any reason not giving five stars from my experience with Venture Alarms. Their services are miles ahead others. When I called, I talked to a real person not machine. I moved to my new home during the Christmas Week and most companies closed during this time of the year. Venture Alarms scheduled and installed the alarm system for my home in four days.
