Concept Dental
Changed to Concept as I was no longer satisfied with my dentist. Couldn’t be happier. I get great care, advice and followup. I decided to get Invisalign, and Dr Rickards has really high standards and is making sure I get excellent results!

I had a great experience with the Root Canal specialist and his assistants.The process was gentle, and even had some laughs together.I have been having bad anxiety for the last year so this worked out the best, with some anti anxiety meds. I was nervous for my first time using it, but now I know I can again.Plus my face wasn't overly frozen, it was very local to the tooth.

Since the first day I walked through the doors, I knew my dental care was in good hands. I have referred others and they too have been quite happy. Friendly and professional atmosphere - and you can't beat the warm smiles of greeting when you are there to fix your smile!

The staff at Concept Dental are amazing. I've always felt welcomed. Not only do they do amazing work, both administrative and dentistry, but have always made me feel safe and comfortable. I highly recommend Concept Dental! All around good people!

The staff was amazing and they explained the whole procedure prior to beginning as well as throughout the whole process. They took time to make sure I was comfortable many times during the appointment and at the end of the procedure sat down with me to discuss what they did, what to expect and all this was made even more clear with the aid of before and after pictures/radiographs. I can not think of anything else they could have possibly done to make the appointment go better. I strongly recommend getting any work you may need done at Concept Dental Centre.

The service, and quality of dental work, are always top notch at Concept Dental. Dr. Rickards is a very skilled dentist. Everyone is friendly and helpful. Definitely would recommend to others.

I have been going to Concept Dental since I was a child but only recently returned to Canada and had the pleasure of seeing Dr Rickards and staff again. The whole staff is always so welcoming and friendly. I always feel like I’m in good hands at Concept. Dr Rickards and staff are extremely knowledgeable and amazing at their jobs. Thanks again!
