The service here at In Touch was AMAZING. The customer service representative was so friendly and attentive. She was so patient with taking her time to make sure my screen protector was on perfectly, my cellphone was clean and she was very knowledgeable as well. Definitely a repeat customer.

Excellent service. Picked up a new S23. Then walked to in touch. Staff installed a glass protection and I Picked a fold over phone case, with credit card slots. Good price. Excellent service. Done in 5 minutes. Highly recommend.

Rushik’s service is amazing. I had cracked my phone’s original screen and he replaced it with a turnaround time of 30 mins and my phone was repaired with a new durable screen. Although he was busy, he recognized the urgency of my need to have my screen fixed and was able to prioritize my need quickly. The alternative would have been expensive and taken longer as I would have needed to go to the Apple Store. I have also gotten bug fixes and phone glitches repaired by Rushik as well for a great price and super quick service. Very satisfied! My go to place and for all things phone related.

terrible customer service and doesnt know how to communicate properly. in addition, he lied about products just to make a sale and he left the dam kiosk without telling me where he was going and I was there waiting for 10 plus minutes not knowing where the he'll he was gone.
