Had a slow leak while at the cottage and they got me in same day and fixed the tire. Rhonda was very helpful and knowledgeable, and Jawn did a great job getting the nail out of the tire for a very reasonable price. Would highly recommend this business!

Excellent customer service. My first time at this shop and they treated me like I had been coming there for years. They went above and beyond to figure out a problem that came up while doing an oil change. Highly Recommend!! Thank you so much to the team!

Had loose summer tires mounted/balanced with TPMS added. Rhonda was absolutely wonderful to schedule me in and Eds workmanship and attention to detail felt as though he was working on his own tires/wheels. Refreshingly genuine service by genuine people. And thank-you Steve for helping load my tires!

Was travelling from Tobermory to Toronto , had a flat , new cars don't come with spares no more. Long story short every tire shop in 100 Km radius was booked for appointments.I called everyone from Canadian tire to Ok tire , you name it i was desprate i was stuck in the side of the road and i cannot move.So what to do now ? I called Mcarthur tire and they were the only people who were compassionate and nice enough to take us in even though they were overbooked for the next week or so. We were treated very nicely , they helped us out and got us back on the road.Amazing service , great staff and good human beings.

Today I had a flat tire and I had to be out of town the next day and I let them know and luckily mcarthur tire was able to fit me into their schedule. The service desk associates were kind and the service was quick on getting my tire replaced. I will definitely be going back to mcarthur tire in the future if I ever have any similar issues in the future. I will definitely be recommending these guys to any family in town or friends that come to visit.

I own a moving business and my family and I have been using Mcarthur Tire for years. Their service is 100% 5 star worthy in my opinion. They have always made a great effort to squeezing us in last minute and providing us with quality service. Today Mike personally delivered our tires due to how busy we have been, and being unable to make it in. If you are a local looking for a great company who puts there customers first, hands down I would highly recommend.

As someone who owns a company and a fleet of vehicles.... I bought 4 tires and rims for one of my rigs a month ago and had to put them on myself as they didn't have 10 minutes to put them on.... I was there today to get 4 more tires for another service truck and specifically asked for new valve stems... noticed after I left i still had the same old .20 cent valve stems.... all I can say is if I end up with a slow leak they better fix them... also I am a former tire man and would have never cut a corner like this jense the 3 star rating... I know we are all short handed but still
