I have worked for Bayshore Home Health for 5yrs. and I have enjoyed every moment. The staff make my day, they are all unique and have great personalities, compassion and caring. Our management team is always supportive and are always up to a challenge. It has been a pleasure to be a part of this organization and i look forward to whatever comes our way.

I am very pleased with the excellent nursing care my elderly father is receiving. My sister and I hired a Bayshore private nurse to assist with recovery after a major surgery. Stacey has been with my father weekly since he was discharged from the hospital. She has not only supported with ostomy care but truly looks at the whole clinical picture of the client. She has drawn attention to many medical concerns which we followed up on with health care specialists. She has educated my father and others of us supporting him. She has spent extra time with him to assess and support him socially and mentally. She has been a part of his life that has been consistent post operatively and he has developed a strong trust and rapport with Stacey. This has contributed to his positive recovery these 3 months. This was definitely the right decision to connect with Bayshore.

I love working for Bayshore. I feel a lot of joy working with the clients, it is really like a family. I have been lucky to build relationships with everyone. Our Management staff are very good to their employees, always supportive 24hrs. They really take the chance to get to know you as a individual and continuously offering us training opportunities. Bayshore really works with my schedule, as a single parent it is very important and they respect that. I couldn’t be more belessed to be a part of the team here in Saskatoon. I have worked at Bayshore for one year and I have been an LPN for 18 years. I have been able to work within my full scope of practice and gotten to meet so many lovely people out in the community. Bayshore feels like family. It is so nice to work in a positive, caring environment.
