One of the worst possible Aldo locations, mainly due to unprofessional in store personnel. First of all the store is full with sales associates more than customers. Their level of training is equal to null. , I asked several time for a shoehorn and one of the associate had no idea what I was looking for.Second observation, if the product size is not available in store , they offer to place an order for you that it will be delivered from their warehouse, pure lie! The store that has the pair in inventory will send it out and usually is the one that was on display and looks worked out right out of the box.Annother surprise that one may have now you received a worn-out pair and want to return is that in case you got a discount on buy one get on 40% off, they will adjust the return price with the discounted value and than the system will automatically will also take the discounted amount out of the returned value and you end up getting back a fraction of the initial price that you pay. ,One really needs to pay close attention , these sales people are real scammers and the worst part of it is that the system allows them to do it.This us one of the worst stores I have ever been to and I advise anyone to stay out of it.Other than that Aldo product look nice and shiny this holiday season.

If I can leave a zero star review I would. This location is terrible specifically, Liz and the store manager. The terrible experience happened Saturday, May 27. My wife purchased shoes yesterday for a wedding we have today. Unfortunately, she wanted to exchange them for the same shoe but in a bigger size and the employee and manager claimed that they were worn! Shoes purchased one day ago, for a wedding we have today, my wife is with our one month old at the store with her hair and make-up done (proof that we are going to a wedding or at least some event today) and they did not honour the exchange! The manager did not even introduce herself or speak with my wife. Other customers that were in the store were also expressing their frustration. NEVER coming back to this store and Liz and the store manager will be reported to head office. Treat people with respect.

Had a worst experience in the store today a defective item which the store manager Kareena technically forced us to do an exchange telling they will Not give refund. Which was against Aldo policy. Using very strong language and abrasive words. Didn’t feel like a shopping experience but a miserable time after all. Because of the store

The Manager was rude, as she didn’t even bother to listen to the issue I had. Although, the other staff was generous enough to listen and guide. Issue got resolved at ALDO accessories because the manager there listened and did her best.Need to work on it.

I bought a pair of high heels from the Sherway gardens Aldo location at 6pm. The next morning at 10AM I came into the Bramalea city centre location to return them as they didn’t go with the dress I bought them for. The girl was so rude to me and said that there was no way she would accept the return because the heels looked like they had been warm. I was so upset and disappointed. She told me that the only chance I would have is to call and “beg” the Sherway gardens location to return them. I left the location and called Sherway Gardens, they explained to me to bring in the shoes. I got to the Sherway gardens location and they were so kind and helpful. They couldn’t believe that the Bramalea location said they had been warn when they were brand new and clearly never been warn. They explained to me that the reason the Bramalea location probably didn’t accept my return is because they are one of the worst locations with the worst sales & staff. Overall, even though the Sherway gardens location did help me it was such a stressful experience and a waste of my day to have to run around. Will never be returning to Aldo at Bramalea city centre.

Please don’t use this store as your pickup address for your online orders. The customer service was really bad.The return policy for online orders is so senseless. The lady asked me to show the debit card which has my name on it. I told her i don’t have name on my debit card but i have my VISA card which was the original method of payment i used with my name on it and i showed her the government issued ID as well, still they didn’t authorized the Refund. Like come on, im showing you the actual canadian ID. Also, most the banks they don’t issue debit cards with NAME on it.I spoke to live agent for ALDO, they told me i can simply go to any store for refund but the manager lady she didn’t authorize the refund.I am also working in retail company from last 10 years, but if customer show us the government issued ID along with card used we don’t deny any customers.Unfortunately no option here to give zero for customer serviceNo customer Satisfaction at all.

Worst customer service ever!! If “0 stars” can be a thing, I would like to give that to ALDO company and this store. I placed an order online and it has been over a month now. I haven’t received my package yet and there’s no sort of support that this company provides to their customers. Their website says misleading things like: “Reach out to us and will get back to you in a blink of an eye” - LOL this is a joke. I called the customer support multiple times regarding my order issue and I was in a queue for more than an hour and then I was just hung up without getting a chance to talk to someone. My money is just up in the air since Aldo is blaming UPS for a package they haven’t even received from Aldo. Highly highly disappointing customer support by ALDO. Never ever would be buying anything from this ridiculous place.

The manager of this store named jaismeen is very rude I bought the Chelsea shoes from this store nd wear it nd it got dull nd I go to store nd ask them to exchange it or fix it but they just rudely said we can’t do anything we are very unsatisfied with her service Her way of talking was very unacceptable
