I saw Alysa for a cut and a change in colour on my balayage and she was absolutely amazing! She was so sweet, personable, and I felt like she really made sure to give me exactly what I asked for. She was very professional, knowledgable, and thorough - she asked great questions during my consultation, explained what she'd be doing, and gave a price breakdown before starting.Not only was her work gorgeous, she was just a gem of a person and I felt like I was in such capable hands the whole time. Ive definitely found my go-to gal for my hair and I could not be more happy!

Dani did my hair and I’m sooo in love with it! I have super dark previously black box dyed hair and i wanted a super subtle balayage and she gave me exactly what I wanted. 100% going back to her! ❤️☺️

I've come to Refresh a number of times to have my hair done and each time it has been a pleasant experience! The salon is clean, the staff members are friendly, and they all do an excellent job! I have my hair done by Rachel, and she is incredible! Over the years she has cut, coloured, highlighted and treated my hair and each time I've left so happy with the results!! I highly recommend Rachel and this salon.

Jewel did my balayage and it turned out so pretty! She took the time to understand what I wanted and was realistic with managing my expectations. She’s friendly and very knowledgeable and I had a great experience with her

This review is not for the quality of the hair colouring service. I dyed my hair there with Carmen, and I’m pleased with it. This particular review is for their updo service. If a salon doesn’t have the knowledge and experience of doing a specific service, they shouldn’t accept a client for that service. My hairstylist is out of town, so I got my updo here. Almost three people were working on my hair, and no one knew what they were doing. The main person helping me sprayed me so much that my hair was so hard the whole night. I told her I like my hair to be flowy, and it was the complete opposite of that. I had to use a hair conditioner two times, and my hair still has knots near my roots. The updo was so simple and painful that I don’t recommend anyone going there for an updo, even if they say they can help you. But in terms of dying your hair, refresh is excellent.
