I have used Billy in the past and I trust him . He is straight forward and very knowledgeable. I had a problem with my Ford Escape and dealerships were no help . He was able to order the correct part , have it delivered the next day and fit me in right away to get me back on the road. His prices are fair and the job is done right. I would recommend him and Didi auto care anytime .

Great customer service.. talk me through the steps but they're going to take and what needed to be done didn't try to price gouge or take advantage in any way highly recommended please. Ill definitely be going back for servicing or any mechanical issues.

I can't tell you how nice it is to find a decent and honest mechanic that does what he says he is going to do. His shop prices are about a 3rd of nissan and the Lexus dealerspip charge. Love this guy and the super work he does!Sandra and Michelle

Billy is great. Used Billy 3 times now - he's always willing to talk about your issue over the phone, give you a ballpark price, and answer any questions you have. The times I've gotten several quotes he always somehow has the best price. I was skeptical the first time, thinking the price was too good to be true. But after 3 times, I haven't had any issues with his repairs yet. Bring your car here, he's good.
