My husband and I just purchased an apartment with the help of BLU REALTY. Shawn Lee was our realtor, and our experience working with him couldn't be more satisfactory. We really appreciated his broad knowledge about the housing market in Vancouver. Quite often,just by telling him an address he could tell us right away about the condition of that building, and advise us if it could be a keeper or if we should definitely avoid. That gave us a lot of confidence knowing that we were well taken care of. Also they were very patient as, as 1st home buyers, we took a while making a decision. They were very supportive and helped us a lot through the whole purchasing process. My father in law used his services as well and was as pleased as we were. Working with Brook and the Blu realty team was an absolute pleasure. Having bought my previous home back in 2012 with the help of Brook at Blue Realty, reaching out to him for our next move was a no-brainer.We decided it was time to look for a new home late in spring 2019 and were faced with the uphill battle of selling our condo in a slowing market. Brook toughed it out for us, holding open houses and making himself available for every interested party and making sure we had every opportunity to receive offers on our place. James Sutton was my man, and he was a vital factor in how i bought my first home. A home purchase is a very complex matter but James somehow reduced that burden to something anyone could understand. He is always there when i have questions and ready to help whenever i needed something. He also recommended me a superb Mortgage broker and also a Lawyer to deal with all things complicated.
