Called at 8 am to have my hot water tank replaced and the guys had a new one installed by lunch the same morning. Wow ....awesome service guys.....much appreciated.

I wanted an inexpensive kitchen faucet replacement for my rental... They came to do the job (no quote, so my mistake for not getting one and leaving it up to them to decide what an inexpensive" faucet was). I later got invoiced for a faucet over $300 plus labour! In who’s world is a $300 faucet inexpensive?! How many faucets can you buy at Home Depot for under $300? It would be like 90% of them

The company forgot about our appointment on the day of, so we had to call and remind them and then they did send someone- however at that point we had wasted over an hour sitting around and waiting. The guy was friendly and did a good job but forgot a cap and said that someone would come by in two days to finish up. No one ever came. We got our bill about a month and a half later. I called and told them that there was still a cap missing and told them that I wasn’t too inclined to pay a bill for a job that wasn’t actually finished. They sent someone and did apologize. I then emailed them to speak to a manager or owner and no one ever got back to me.All in all the job was done and was done right and we have had no problems but forgetting about us twice was really an error in customer service forsure. I won’t be calling them again for service unless if it’s for warranty purposes on the part that we bought from them.

Furnace quit the day of new years eve on the coldest day of the year. They fit me in before noon the same day and even came prepared with a board to replace it with. Was in and out with a running furnace within a half hour. No words can explain how happy my wife was so that in itself gives you a 5 star! Amazing customer service and tech explained that the board was even a new revision of old one. Will definitely be calling / using SaskWest in future hvac needs!!

For a few years we were having problems with our furnace pilot light going out so then the furnace blows cold air. We had a few difference companies come out to fix it and unfortunately no change. SaskWest Mechanical came out and replaced the pilot light component and explained why it wasn't working well and now out furnace works great. I absolutely recommend SaskWest Mechanical.

Great service for a great price. SaskWest Mechanical installed a range hood in my house because anytime I cooked, the smoke alarm would sound. Now with the range hood venting out everything, the smoke alarm doesn’t sound and I can eat a delicious meal without my ears ringing! Kelvin and company were professional, efficient and knowledgeable. I also had them install a humidifier in my house and now my humidity setting is at a good level. I’ve had the company over for furnace and A/C preventative maintenance as well and they’ve been very quick and thorough. I will for sure call SaskWest for any other work to be done to my house. I moved into a house in October with the coming winter decided I need a new water heater and furnace. So i scheduled it and had it installed sounds simple enough? But no I have had numerous things happen one of the most common things being that my furnace would shut off and not start up again. Imagine my suprise when on multiple occasions after coming home from working outside in the cold all day my furnace wasnt even on the thermostat at the coldest point read 9° this happened multiple times all due to having the intake and outake pipes cut or placed wrong. Eventually a guy checked the pipes from inside and said that whoever installed it had the piping all wrong so he fixed that but when cutting and redoing the pipes he got PVC plastic in my furnace I've had them over a couple more times for that to try and clean in out because my brand new fancy furnace makes a grinding noise. It will blow out eventually they say but it is now April 22 and I had this installed December 5 thats 5 months and it still makes terrible noises you can only call someone so much before you get sick of calling. everytime they have to come to fix something.
