I came to know of Andrew and Lisa after we purchased one of their listings in 2016. We looked at numerous houses, and their listing, in a new subdivision of Milton, was head and shoulders above the rest.We settled into our new home and as fate would have it a promotion was going to move us back across the city.So less than 1 year after purchasing our new home we were faced with having to sell in the fall of 2017, 5 months after the real estate martket virtually stopped as we watched the value of our house fall from its peak to almost back to what we purchased for.In order to minimize any loses we listed with comfree and tried to sell ourselves. After a few months we only had offers far below what we purchased for.Remembering how well Andrew and Lisa prepared our home when we bought it we hired them to sell our home.They suggested a price far above what we had just listed for with comfree and I have to say I was skeptical.Within a week they had staged our home beautifully and had amazing pictures and video done.The day we listed we had multiple showings and within 4 days we had three offers on our home.Andrew ended up negotiating a sale price over asking and best of all, not only did we not lose money in the down turn, we actually made money.I would highly recommended Andrew, Lisa and the Roach Family Real Estate Team for all your real estate needs.

Lisa and Andrew are the most genuine and hardworking real estate agents we have ever met.
