Je suis très déçu du travail réalisé pour les raisons suivantes:1- Le caniveau installé est beaucoup trop profond (voir photos ci-jointes), environ 18'' de profondeur, et le tuyau d'évacuation est juste à la surface, ce qui fait que j'ai une marre d'eau en face de ma porte.2-Les trous de la grille sont trop larges, ce qui fait qu'avec le vent, tout passe, feuilles, plastiques, papiers, mégots de cigarettes et se mélange à l'eau stagnante. J'ai fait le tour de mes voisins, j'ai le pire caniveau de la ruelle.3-Trop de temps entre l'excavation et le pavage (environ 1 mois). J'aurai préféré que cette entreprise commence les travaux quand elle a de la disponibilité. C'est une tactique de vautour, ils se précipitent pour commencer les travaux et ensuite s'en vont et reviennent plus tard car ils savent que le client n'a plus d'autre choix que d'attendre.Bref c'est une entreprise à éviter.

Would not recommend. kept changing date to redo driveway. When it came time todo the job they didnt advise me, just showed up. When the job was done I noticed the aggregate was not consistent throughout, its not leveled and holes. Mario Cloutier said that it will even out in six months, guess what... it got worse. So he came again to check it out and blamed everything else but his workmanship and then said well you need to seal it and gave me a quote of 1000$. yeah that not going to happen.My driveway is 3 years old and looks like it did before (20years). My neighbors 4 year old driveway is still fantastic.

Its was ok for a fast food place.Service was pretty fast.

Very bad experience. Would not recommend to anyone. Had to call every day for a month after the submission to ask when they would come work. Every time they replied 2 weeks

We signed with Pierre Sureau, their salesman.We are asked for extra charge of $1220 after the excavation, during the excavation, the salesman told my husband that it might be extra $200-300, but received an a call requesting for $1220.My neighbor who excavated the same time got the same scam by the same salesperson, very problematic!!

Very problematic! I would not recommend them or call them again.:)The work itself wasn't bad, need to wait and see if it's long term quality.:(- Extra charges for excavation costs that were never clear or mentioned during negotiations, the excuse was it's written in the fineprint"- Incredibly disorganized / horrible timing and scheduling: The work was rescheduled somewhere around 6 or 7 times. The work ended up being done a day we were barely expecting.- Had to deal with city permits we were not aware of: The amount of stress we were put through to get the permits not knowing when exactly the work would be done
