I recently got new blinds installed and am very happy with the product and experience. My consultant Neth was very helpful. She helped me to decide on the best option for my windows and was honest and great to work with. The blinds were installed quickly and look great now. Good service and nice people to work with! I have had my Budget Blinds Roller Shades for 5 months now and I am so happy with the product. They function smoothly and give the privacy I need with a clean bright look. I was surprised by their ability to block out the cold on my balcony doors, having them installed has given us a warmer living space. The service from Budget Blinds was great, helpful, and personable, and they delivered exactly what they promised.

The lovely man that installed was kind, efficient, patient and answered all our questions.From the quote/order to install date it was about 6 weeks.We bought a honeycomb cream blind that pulls down using an electric wand remote for the window above our kitchen sink.Once we redo all the old windows in our house we will be using Budget Blinds again for those blinds.Other family members of mine have also been happy with Budget Blinds. That's why we went with them in the first place :)

The blinds were received ahead of schedule. I then received an email to install the blinds. My email was answered quickly and I made an appointment the next day to have the blinds installed. Excellent service.

We moved to Edmonton and our neighbour recommended Budget Blinds, and in particular Nathan (South Edmonton location). We checked out other companies and selected Budget Blinds. The products are custom made, built to last, and Naythan was always prompt in responding to our emails, texts, and calls. Nathan knows his products and we took most of his product / colour suggestions. The install crew was friendly, efficient, and competent. The invoice was detailed and clear. I would recommend Budget Blinds and Nathan to those looking for good-quality, good looking blinds:-)

Hey Rob,“Annoyed” her again from 5 years ago. I took the leap back in 2018 and went with your company due to the “no questions asked” replacement vs. Saving $600.00. Seemed like a good idea as we were having children at that time… wish I wouldn’t have. Here, looking for one blind out of 15 to be replaced prior to our 5 year warranty and man, the hidden cost would have been great to know. No questions and no cost were what we were told. Now, I need to pay shipping back and forth due to some new loop hole in your warranty due to a change in the style of cord (from health Canada). The product is falling apart. Replacement is what we were told. Now I have to pay to ship it, change it, and fix it?? Poor business practice.

We were very impressed with the level of service and commitment to customer satisfaction. The installation team was very friendly and experienced and went above and beyond, even offering extra non-contracted service. From the initial consultation to the finished result, we couldn't be more pleased! Highly recommend for all your blind needs.

After receiving multiple quotes from different companies we decided to go with Budget Blind due to product offered and pricing. Naythan was knowledgeable about all the products and helpful in making decisions. He made several visits to our home to go over options and always replied promptly to texts and emails. The estimated time from order to install was as promised and actually a week early! The installers were efficient and knowledgeable and even took the time to get to know my partner and dog which added a nice personal touch. We've used them in our last two homes and will continue to use them for our future window covering needs.
