Creative Looks Family Hair Care

I always go to Creative Looks when I'm home visiting, and I've never had a bad haircut there. I've loved each of the stylists that I've had, and--compared to where I go back in Ottawa--a cut and full colour is incredibly inexpensive. Would definitely recommend.

I went in wanting a big change. I told the stylist to do what she thought would look good on me. We cut 7 in off, highlighted (beautifully on my virgin hair BTW!) and put face framing layers. I was beyond happy. My stylist Shelley R did an amazing job. She made me feel good, had nice conversation and I went home looking and feeling so good. Thank You ! I will definitely be booking there from now on !!

They have disappointed me 2 out of 3 times for my haircut and color which cost me $200 each visit. I thought of giving them another chance if the lady did my hair last time was not well trained to handle brunette hair and this time will not ruin my hair hoping to get it done with another hair dresser but it’s a huge disappointment. In the salon I couldn’t see well because it was rushed due to closing time but after coming home when I washed and styled my hair it looks like I have henna stain in my hair and no face framing layers for which I showed the reference pic multiple times and too much choppy cuts in the back. So here I am again looking for another hair salon to fix this and blaming myself to believe in them again.

I was able go make a last minute appointment for am updo. They did a great job and worked quickly. My stylist was very nice and personable. I'd recommend them

Do not recommend whatsoever.The lady who cut my hair had no idea how to do a men’s haircut.She kept asking questions every few minutes: “how do they usually cut this spot”, “how do they usually cut that spot, what shape”Her hand was shaking the entire time, I could tell she was not confident at all.The haircut was extremely rushed and did not even look even!!!!I don’t understand, why would she accept a job that she is not confident in?She absolutely ruined my hair. I had the worst haircut experience of my life.Had to go to another barber just to fix what they did to my hair.Please AVOID and save yourself the headache.Look at the photos and you be the judge.

I'm new to the area and was in need of a new hair dresser. I walked in one day and asked for cut/color not expecting to be able to get both as a walk in and they were very accommodating. I went back today for my 2nd time (by appointment) and again a great experience. Very friendly staff & comfortable atmosphere. You can see they all really work well together as a team and help each other when needed. Would be nice to see a little more product/merchandise in store but all around great service!! Keep up the good work girls!! :)

First time going to this salon and I have to say this is one of the best cuts I’ve had. Sarah did an excellent job. She takes the time to understand what you want. Highly recommend and I will not go anywhere else. Thanks Sarah
