Awful people. Ruined my children's life and my own. They lie and will do anything to hide or cover up their mistakes

Daniel drummond is a rude / unprofessional/ incapable individual. He should really be working at tim hortons for his skill level and shouldn't handle high stress situations. Hes a snow flake like most canadians now adays. He doesnt care about fathers 1 bit . Which im use to by now in this country because fathers are second class citizens

Bias unprofessional who uses position to intimidate ppl. No follow uo with anything drop case without a word.

My experience with Child Protective Services was horrible. It happened years ago but I still remember it.When I was ten my mum started to suspect that my grandfather was abusing me. She went to CPS and voiced her concerns. They interviewed my grandfather and ended up believing him, calling my mum a liar and unstable. They wanted to take me away from my parents, the two people who truly loved me and wanted to protect me.A lady came to our house to talk to me. She was awful. She had no compassion. She forced me to say things that I wasn’t comfortable saying. I was very scared and she didn’t care about that.Fast forward to when I was fifteen. I remembered all the abuse I sustained from my grandfather. Horrible things that no child should have to go through. My parents reached out to get help. And CPS neglected their duties and called my mum the crazy one.I’m nineteen now and no longer near my abuser. My parents took action and cut him out of our lives after Child Protective Services failed to do their job. I would not recommend using their services.

Family & Children's Services is an amazing support to many families in the Region. Their workers are compassionate and caring despite having to work in challenging situations and for little reward.

I am totally disgusted by this organization, They should not have as much pull in this region as they do Seems the unmarried childless workers know more about parenting then good parents, you can ask for help but they will twist everything and anything you say, It’s like a cult that lives to scare children and parents, they seem to remove more children then help themI gave them one star because there are a few workers who do have children and understand some of their clients issues and do try to helpBut I pray that they don’t show up at your door because a file is never closed and they will bring up a parents past and use it against them guaranteed

Pure evil I don't trust these people at all. They love taking children away from their families.

This society does not care about children or families, when you beg them for help all they will do is threaten you and even threaten to take your other children away. We are begging for help and the only time they did anything is when we said we couldnt have a chikd in outlr house holds because they were dangerous to themselves and other people and they responded by threten to take my other children away if i dodnt bring thos other chikd back into my home
