Delicious food and promptly received our orders. Water is self-serve, and for an express restaurant, this met and exceeded my expectations. Though the price is slightly higher than other Vietnamese spots in the metro Vancouver area, the food makes up for it. Surprised some reviews said the food is too salty but I think it was perfect.Great noodle bowls, yummy crispy spring rolls. ☺️

Pho tasted too watery and has not much ingredients. They even cut up the beef balls into pcs to make it look like there’s more. I had to add 2 more small cups of hoisin and sriracha plus tons of salt and pepper to taste okay.

Ordered a lemongrass chicken bahn mi. It was full of chilli flakes - last time I checked lemongrass wasn’t supposed to be spicy. When I went back and inquired why she said it was from something else cooked in the same chicken pan. The chilli flakes were throughout the whole sandwich and not advertised. As a person who can’t eat spicy foods because of a health condition it’s not okay to add this into something without including it in the description.No offer to replace it either. Terrible service, definitely will not be back to spend any money here.

Very rude to customer. I’m paying for my food not asking it for free. Don’t have to be that rude and showing me the attitude. The worst customer service ever. Over price and food has no taste. Never come back.

We came here after driving 3 hours to Kelowna for the farmers market. We were hungry and saw this nearby.The food was delicious, especially the ___. It's very interesting. The food was very good, but very salty. The price was also pretty high too. If this was in Vancouver, the price would be $5 cheaper on every item.The worst part was the lady's customer service. It was horrible. We wish that we had lunch at the farmers market. At least the people there are way nicer.

Self serve Vietnamese restaurant. Price is reasonable and portion is decent. I ordered pho and it was good. I think better value on the special noodle (3 types of beef) over their other premium pho (satay soup or curry soup).

I really enjoy this place! To all those who say the broth is somewhat watery or not as flavorful as other places, I would agree BUT Bamboo Chopsticks isn’t loaded with MSG. It’s a healthier option and very good!!

My favourite comfort food. I love the banh mi sandwiches and the bowls!!! I usually get the spring rolls because they are loaded compared to other Asian restaurants.
