Charles Morrison asked me to send him money in case an uncoming court date would be booked for the family courts.It was the early times of Covid, I'm a single mother which he knows.He wanted $1000 but I could only send $250. My ex fortunately came to his senses and dropped the family case so no court date ever happened.I told him to let me know before he does any work on my file prior which he agreed.No contact and 6 months later I asked for my $250 back (silly me) he said no and said my email asking for my money back costed him $800, lol.Don't use lawyers for anything, unless you're extremely rich, lol.

Do not waste your time or money here. Brian Hall is the last lawyer you want defending you. He will talk a big game and take you retainer of thousands. After he has your money, you are ignored. I had to hound him for weeks at a time by email and phone messages to get a response. Either a 2 sentence email or 3 - 5 minute phone call, is what I got in return.I even did all the work myself and all Brian Hall had to do was file it. He did not. I fired him and when I got my paperwork, the amount of papers that I requested to be filed and were not, especially when they are main building blocks to my case. It was very upsetting. He likes to drag the cases along, as long as he can, do no work, and keep expecting retainers.How he has not been dis barred is beyond me.I am now in the mist of launching a complaint to the law society.Worst lawyer ever.
