Came here for an alignment. Rami was very open, honest, and the work was done quickly considering I made a last minute appointment. Car drives great now.

I've used Yumesports for all my 2019 Civic Type-R upgrades and everything has gone well so far. They're great at sourcing parts and doing all the installation work. Definitely will continue with them.

Unfortunately I had a bad experience with this shop. Went in for an alignment, everything seemed fine, appointment booked etc. Showed up there and my car was quickly set up on the alignment machine. Speaking to the employee there I got the vibe he just wanted me in and out as fast as possible.After noticing wear on my tires he used this as an excuse saying he wouldn't bother to adjust the front camber until I got new tires. Yes, you had to remove the wheels to adjust the camber but I'm paying for an alignment, without a doubt this is part of the alignment. He seemed hesitant to remove the wheels, which at the beginning of the appointment he agreed to balance anyway. Needless to say this did not get done either, I didn't bother to ask a second time.Now fast forward to the drive home, the steering started to become off center, progressing gradually as I drove the car. After arriving at home I jumped under the car only to find both sides of the rear suspension toe adjustment arms to be LOOSE! To be clear, they were not at all tight, the picture attached was taken after I lifted the car up, nothing else.This shop was quick to refund my money however they did absolutely nothing to deal with the problem.. to add to that I never recieved an apology or any contact from them afterward. I was furious and this issue was discussed with my friend who recommended the shop, I recieved a refund after his communication with the shop. I am really disappointed with the service because I had high expectations. It was unfortunate this played out the way it did as I was planning to drive the car and that was just not possible after this.
