Sylvan Lake Veterinary Clinic

Long time customers (about 20 years). Always feel the love they have for our furry family members. They always take time to give extra pets to our pups and kitty.

First thing I'd like to mention is the staff here is amazing and it's reasonably priced. I have an extra large breed dog who has been spayed and received all her shot here. I like that you get brought into the room as soon as possible and at the end of your visit you get to stay in the room to pay. It allows for less interaction in the waiting area. Easier on cats who don't get along with dogs. Plus not all dogs are nice to other dogs. The parking is easy and its located in a central part of town.

Always great service, we put one of our pets down and they were fantastic. Very pleased with their compassion and kindness.

Our puppy became ill while we were traveling out-of-town and after several calls for veterinary services (no one could fit us in) we came across Sylvan Lake Veterinary Clinic. Their staff was super helpful, friendly and Dr. Hodges was thorough and explained everything clearly. He even called us the following day to make sure that she was doing better! Can't recommend them highly enough!

Was a very stressed mama when there was an issue with our dog and his allergies. We had never been a patient here before, and they were able to accommodate us the same day. The receptionist was amazing at taking our information and making me feel so comfortable, confident and like our baby would be taken care of. Dr. Babette Baskerville was so very kind, easy to understand her explanation and made me feel so very comfortable in trusting her care regime recommendation. Reliable and caring veterinary service here. Pet food is also sold at this location as well as dog dental treats and glucosamine for those aging joints.I have found the vets to be very caring, thorough and kind to my cat and dog. The records are well kept. If I could suggest one improvement, it would be a smile or friendly greeting from the front desk on entry. Open Mon-Friday only. They are compassionate and truly care about the health of your pets.They also perform blood tests and send blood away for allergy testing. They will follow up with you on phone or in person, as per your preference.I really appreciate the wonderful animal care offered from Sylvan Lake Veterinary Clinic!

Always amazing service and able to get my boys in very quickly. Both my dogs love going to see everyone at the clinic. And I leave with a sense of security in knowing my boys are well taken care of.
