The customer service at Victoria Dental was incredible. They let me jump in for a last minute cancellation for a teeth cleaning and it was a stellar experience. The hygienist was so professional and careful. Everyone was personable and the doctor was absolutely lovely. All in all, fortunate to have found them and look forward to keep going.

As much as I hate going to the dentist, this place is pretty great!Welcoming atmosphere. Friendly staff that greet you right off the hop and treat you like a friend! Dr. Rocky is pretty great and very gentle as well. Very reassuring and transparent.They have a therapy dog, too! Maggie is a gem and so cute!Highly recommend this dentist office!

Quiet office. Friendly and knowledgeable staff.Even as a new patient their staff went above in beyond in helping me navigate the complicated and expensive process of dental implants.I was treated as a patient, not as someone to upsell, as was the case with my previous dentist.Plenty of free parking available. 1 minute walk from the #6 bus or a 15 minute walk from uptown.You should avoid their office if you are allergic to dogs. Their (very cute) therapy dog has free roam of the entire office and exam rooms.

I have only had positive experiences here. I go to the dentist 4-5 times a year and I have to say that I have no fear of going. I get my teeth cleaned and have never felt uncomfortable. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. Thank you all for making it easy.

My mother had abscesses in two teeth and wanted them pulled since she will probably eventually be getting dentures. Dr. Rocky squeezed her in his schedule and then did the work she wanted without trying to talk her into more expensive options. She left feeling great and very relieved about the whole experience. The cost was very reasonable as well which was important since she did not have dental coverage. I would absolutely recommend this dentist.

The staff are kind, gentle, polite, and efficient, and there’s a very sweet golden retriever who greets me every time! I always feel well taken care of here.

I recently went here for an appointment, and I must say the staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful! If you do decide to go here, make sure to also say hi to Maggie, the cute golden retriever.I definitely had a positive experience. Thank you for the service :)

They had a therapy dog in, which made my experience so much better. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable, and did a wonderful job of cleaning and checking my teeth! Reception did great as well, and helped me get the new patient paperwork filled out. I’ll definitely be coming back for my regular dental appointments!

This has been the worst experience I've ever had with a dentist. They don't do direct billing apparently and when they sent off my insurance, didn't hear from them again for another year. Only to find out my insurance company was to send me the payment and I was to pay them. They contacted me (again, a year later for payment) I paid them immediately and thought that was the end. That's until my crown (under 2 years old) falls out!! I come back to the office, the dentist puts my crown back in and then after, the receptionist blindsides me with a 2 year old bill because my secondary insurance never went through because I was no longer covered when they contacted me ONE YEAR AFTER THE PROCEDURE for the primary payment. I was going to leave this alone, but today, not even a week after they put my crown back in, IT'S FALLEN OUT! AGAIN!! Save your time, DO NOT GO HERE.

I had a great experience at this dentist! All staff were friendly and welcoming, especially Maggie (the support pup). I was really well taken care of, and no unneeded services were pushed on me. I will definitely be going back for my next cleaning :)
