Ensurco Insurance

My policy has gone up every single year. I have ha NO CLAIMS. I have been told the company has to recover their lost through there policy holders. My broker Lawrence can never give me answer as to why my policy can not go down. I would NEVER recommend this insurance company to any one!!!

This is company is very helpful especially one member in particular, Matthew De Fazio. This man has helped me so much and so quickly, he was extremely patient with me and was understanding, and always trys his best to get me the best insurance for my cars. Ensurco is very lucky to have Matthew as part of their team. I have recommended to many people i know and they have gone to Matthew as well and loved his service. Thank you Matthew and thank you Ensurco!

this Broker link company has changed. the service became in fact poor and basically they serving more insurance companies more nowadays than paying costumers.. communication and tone should be improved. After they mixed up my policies cancellations giving hard time around my insurances. even calling up my contacts to harass since they advised me differently via emails where they were attached. actually unbelievable how people became so arrogant in this field of insurance.. I'm astonished.. my insurances always been in a good condition and paid. I do not not suggest it to anyone getting any type of new insurances with them. and make sure when you cancel the old ones you double check it with two different brokers at least to be on the safe side. Ensurco experience costed me $$$

My insurance broker was Bernadette Capili at Ensurco. First time ever contacted via email and telephone she was exceptional and non judgemental towards me. I was surprised that she took it over so professionally and made it feel like easier and comfortable for me. I would recommend this company along with it's exceptional agent working for them.:)Thank you Bernadette! :)

I've had the pleasure of dealing with Elsa Sciulli on several occasions over the course of 5+ years being with Ensurco. I cannot say enough good about Elsa; she is professional, knowledgeable and goes above and beyond what is expected of any insurance agent. She has always searched for the best price for our policy. She is always there to answer any questions ,any time I call and always looks out for the best interest of her customers. Ensurco Markham is extremely lucky to have Elsa.

I contacted Ensurco online, and Bill Sloss, an insurance broker, reached out to me within the hour. Bill was excellent. He provided me with professional and friendly service. Bill answered all my questions and was always very quick to reply and put my mind at ease to get insurance for my 18-year-old son. I would 100% recommend this service and ask for Bill. You won't be disappointed!

I was insured with them from 2021 -2022 . I wanted ro get a new liability insurance for 2023 , called them so many times and left so many messages since last week but no one ever called me to help me get a new commercial policy . Imagine what you’d go through when you actually need them if this is the type of service they provide .

Worst insurance company i ever had they scamming people i cancel the insurance last year they again this year renewed my insurance and they charge me lot of money after I payed bad again they renew it I'm going to sue the broker

I was with Ensurco Stratford for years. Specifically I dealt with Chris(tine) who retired, and Andrea and they were great! That office provided me with outstanding personal service and was very in tune with my needs vs what they could offer. This is the only reason I gave 2 stars.Ever since that office was closed and my profile was moved to the new location (Markham) the service level was greatly decreased. No return calls, emails aren’t returned in a timely fashion, if at all. Not paying attention to my needs/requests, only caring about offering the cheapest price (which was thousands more per year than my current policy). Also both reps I spoke to recently insisted on talking over me and ignored me when I told them I wasn’t happy with the service. Niki was very nice, I wish I got her when my file was transferred.I have used a broker for many years only because of the service I received out of Stratford. Really disappointed at the level of service from the new office. Unfortunately this resulted in the loss of my business this year.
