WOW. Truly left speechless with how rude the employees are here. Who cares how cheap your clothes are, not worth their terrible attitude i’m never coming back after this experience. The owner needs to do a better job at hiring profesional, let alone kind employees.

All these for$10 each ,never found such deals anywhere .great store , Great customer service just want to give you one suggestion. Please introduce trolly or carts so that we can buy lots of items and take them to check out counter .

Worst customer service I have ever received. The store staff left the magnet on my sweater I purchased. I liked the sweater so I had thrown out the receipt. Took it back in store a 40 minute drive out of town and they refused to remove the magnet and told me to call customer service. The customer service line would hang up and when I push star to leave a message it hangs up. I guess I have been ripped off, I would give under 1 star but it isn’t an option.

Visited from Toronto, price is so good. Now I can see, how my friends in these area get 3 set of everything. It's 1/3 of everything sell in Toronto.Always DO check the price, calculate before you go bill counter. I visited thrice, all the three times bill price was higher that it supposed to be. I knew it shouldn't not be that high. I always take photo of item I buy with the price display, makes everything easy staff life and our life.Always be vigilant.

If I could I’d give this location a 0. Terrible customer service with terrible sizing all around. Unless you’re 6 feet tall and have the size waist 0 you won’t ft into a small pant. Also if you want to ever exchange or get a store credit for your clothes you better hope your there when the manager is or else you wasted an entire trip because no other employee can process a simple exchange. Welcome to the worst urban behaviour…

1 star isn't even deserved. Very pitiful customer service, or lack thereof. Staff are unfriendly and don't appear to enjoy their jobs. The store is messy, dumpy, dirty, broken tiles to trip over, boxes everywhere and looks like a cheap discount store. You will wait in line a good 10 minutes even when there is only 1 person in front of you. Definitely will not be returning.

Amazing sale at Urban behavior! All these awesome clothes for 50 bucks! Just recently they've got a bunch more shorts and tops in and I got the shorts, tie-dye dresses, tops and tops with sweaters for 70 bucks! Oct.2022, not so good. All the cheap merch is being shipped to Panama and the store is going mainstream pricing.
