Recently I have been to this location for a tire repair service. Very professional and great people to do business with. They did above and beyond to fix my tire, truly appreciate the help.

Had my front brakes serviced here recently with no problems to my knowledge. Ended up taking my vehicle to another Kal Tire location for an unrelated service. They called and recommended servicing my front brakes based on my vehicle inspection. Confused, I told them I had the fronts serviced recently and shouldn’t require further servicing. They checked in the system and confirmed this.I went to pickup my vehicle and found they serviced the fronts again, free of charge. Although this was nice of the other location to do, it makes me question the quality of the initial brake service received here.

We were towed into the shop 10 minutes to closing. They happily booked us in and told us they would try to get it done the next day.(Saturday). We had blown a serpentine belt.Next morning at 11:30 we get a call the car is ready. Best surprise of all half the cost we anticipated .We had been here for a previous issue a couple years earlier and same results. Absolutely outstanding service from beginning to end. I never feel like they are trying to add costs or upsell.Thank you Kal Tire team at Willow Park.

If i could give more stars I would!Found out I had leak in my tire and came in this afternoon 30 minutes before they closed to see if they could repair it.They took me in right away and unfortunately the tire could not be repaired but they took the time to explain why and to let me know to contact where I purchased them from for any road hazard warranty as they are brand new.They installed the spare so I could get home.All of this in 30 minutes as I was out the door by 5PM.Thank you so much to all the staff. You truly provided me with exceptional service. I highly recommend this location.

Had my tire repaired today at this location. The service was excellent and my tire was fixed in less than an hour. Bali, the customer service guy was very helpful as was the service technician, who I actually met. They took time to evaluate the repair to ensure I would be happy and they were successful. It's not complicated to provide excellent service these days, but unfortunately so many companies don't get it. This kaltire dealer does... Cheers!

I really wanted to give them 5-stars, but I can't with good conscience. The front staff were amazing. They are solely the reason my review is a passing 3-stars instead of a failing 1-star. Everything up until driving away with my new tires was perfect. I started noticing vibration past 80kms, as well as my newly installed TPMS (pressure sensors) weren't working. I called and made an appointment for a rebalancing. I brought the vehicle in and it was noted that one of the tires was way out of spec (new guy, that was still learning was the reason). However, I had to wait longer than 90min because they programmed my TPMS for the wrong trim model. That added another 20-30min to my wait. I also found out that during the test drive, they accidently left the wheel lock key on the wheel, which flung the expensive lug key onto the road. The tech was apologetic, but it did bang up my new wheel key up and even though it works, it's got scuffs and dents. I did a walk around before I left, good thing I did because the technician forgot to replace one of my center caps. I like this location due to convenience and the front staff are really nice, however, I need to rethink if finding a location with better techs, that can get it right the first time is a better use of my time.

I bought and had my NOKIAN HAKKAPELIITTA 10 tires installed yesterday, I picked my car up after 70 min.Very fast and Good service! They use plastic bags to cover all tires, so it keep my car clean, I am happy with it!

I came to this shop to mount four tires on rims and balance them. I didn’t know one of the tires needed to be repaired, and the shop decided to proceed with the repairs without letting me know first. I was not happy when I got the bill. I paid and went home. I received a survey from the store and wrote about my experience. To my surprise, I got a call from the store the very next day to discuss the incident, apologize for what happened and offer me a refund for the repair charges. Bradley was very professional and customer oriented when communicating with me. Evidently, the management at this store cares about their customers’ experience and makes every effort to ensure they are completely satisfied with their service. That level of commitment is hard to find nowadays and I value that. I tip my hat to the store manager at this location.

Great mechanics and staff. They helped me out in a pinch with my tire and rim. Can’t thank them enough. If need work or tires I would feel very comfortable trusting them to do work.Thank you for your help

My recent experience with Kal-tire did not meet my expectations. I was quoted an installation fee of $42, but was charged $83 instead. When I inquired about the discrepancy, I received two unprofessional responses that did not address my concerns. I understand that mistakes can happen, but I believe it's important for businesses to handle billing issues in a professional manner.I believe that customers should be charged the agreed-upon amount, and any discrepancies should be addressed respectfully and promptly. Unfortunately, my experience with Kal-Tire did not meet these standards. I'm disappointed that the issue was not handled more professionally and I hope that they will take steps to improve their customer service in the future.Their products and services are top-notch. I highly recommend them for all services, however I recommend you watch your bill.
