These guys did a job for me and a couple months later called and said you never paid. I said I've been waiting for the bill bit I can pay with visa over the phone. I gave the lady my visa number and was told all was good. Almost a year later I get a call from the collection agency stating I have not paid. When the collection agency sent the bill I can see the mix up. Under the description they had my address right and under ship to they were missing 2 digits in my address which is why I never got the bills. I'm still not sure what they did when I gave them my visa number. This all could have been resolved with a simple phone call or a book keeper who is on top of things. I get people make mistakes but no because of a small $367 bill every Time I apply for a loan I'll have to explain why I had to pay collections for such a small amount. Thanks guys! You did great work but your office is clearly a mess. Also if you try to contact them to discuss good luck they won't answer
