Winners

I usually go shopping at Winners stores and the one located in Peel street is my favourite. It's really clean, organised, the store layout is easy to find the products and the staff are friendly. I also find different products over there that usually I don't find in other Winners.

I just want to mention that the store manager on Peel (I think his name is Pietro) is an excellent professional, I went in today super frustrated about a mistake on a charge today (I can be very difficult sometimes) but he was super polite and attentive, helped me with my issue as much he could and he even called customer himself when he saw I was frustrated. Excellent service!! Thank you Pietro!

Womens clothing selection is really bad and underwhelming. Good house stuff, but compared to other stores, clothes is deceptive.Customer service and cleanliness is on point though.. just go to Ardene or goodwill you'll find the same stuff but cheaper.

As always this winners did not disappoint. Managed to buy kids shoes, pillows and a French press and donate to a worthy cause and have my donation matched by winners today. I only wish I had more time to explore the shelves.

Best price not a lot of options for shoes though

I went to this Winners store and when I check out, the receptionist refused to wrap nor taking any care of the clothes for me. I asked him and he said we are ordered not to wrap customers clothes before checking out to save time.Therre were no one behind me but the stafff treated me like that. Unbelievable that I wrapped the clo th es myself and he just watched it

To the employee who was being harassed by a customer at the check out today, I'm sorry that happened to you. I don't know what set that woman off but she was way out of line. I wanted to intervene on your behalf but I was afraid it wouldn't help and I had to get back to my job. I thought you held your composure very well.

One of the smaller locations however had the best selection as I was able to buy the most at this location compared to the other winners locations downtown. The staff were friendly and helpful and overall was just a great shopping experience. There is also a McDonald's downstairs where you can grab a quick bite after shopping.

Today at about 3 pm I was in the store. I took underwear a T-shirt, shorts and a robe of soft pink color. I came to checkout number 2 where there was a girl who did not even say hello, then she looked at her notebook for two minutes, after reluctantly took my goods, began to take off the hangers and Dropped the soft pink shorts on the floor and stepped on them with DIRTY shoes, then she picked them up and didn’t even apologize and put it on the table near the cash register, I said the girl you have stained your shorts, there is a trace of your shoes on them !!! To which she simply tried to shake out the dirt and earth with her hand, she did not even apologize. I refused to buy these things, as it was underwear that I cannot wear on myself after they stepped on with my boots !!! The girl did not apologize and did not go to change the product ea clean! Please pay attention to the people you hire at the cashier. Because dropping things and stepping on them and giving them to the client so that I can buy it is disgusting!

Friendly knowledgeable staff, with a wide range of stock and a great location make this medium sized winners great for a quick shop. The checkout queues tend to be small and fast moving. Have always found the staff helpful
