Purolator

Try to buzz next time, we have a new born at home. It's easier to just buzz and drop rather than writing a door knocker. I wish customers have option what delivery service to use when you order online. Just annoying.

Attempted delivery 1:53" Entire family including dog and camera showed nobody attempted squat. Left no notice because they cant be bothered to actually give a notice

I have had a terrible experience with Purolator. I would give minus stars if I could. The package had been unable to deliver due to the bad weather which could be understood. However, I promptly called them to redirect to the new address. The customer service agents have kept on telling me the address has been updated. The driver still goes to the old address. I even call the manager to address the issue. The promise had been made but the driver still comes to my old address! I am extremely disappointed as it has cost me so much time and money due to this. My business partner cannot choose other couriers but this one. In the future, I will avoid it myself at all cost. Never again!

Will forever cancel any orders that send me a purolator tracking number because of this location and its lazy incompetent staff. Without fail the driver will not make any attempt to deliver your package or even a notice. He just drives to drop off locations and delivers yesterday's undeliverable" packages to the single drop location."

I was very tempted to give 1 star before, due to the lack of real delivery attempt, when I was waiting all day at home to receive my package, but only got a note stuck to the side door of the apartment complex.But: customer support did a great job and the second delivery attempt went smoothly, early in the morning with minimal wait time, and I even got a call from the helpful driver upon arrival, who moved my extremely heavy package to my apartment door.Thank you!

Delivery guy didn't even ring the bell and put up a paper saying that no one was home and asked to pick up at Purolator storeAt that time, I was at home and I heard the sound of a delivery truck, so I went outside and asked the delivery driver why you didn't ring the bell and ask for my stuff. But he said he couldn't give it to me and told me to pick it up at the store later.After a day I try to pick up at store“wrong pick up address”I told the service center about this situation, and the employee blamed me and told me to pick up the package myself.This is not the first time delivery drivers have gone without ringing the bell.It is the responsibility of the company that does not manage such employees.Purolator is the worst courier service company.And in front of my house is a playground, it is a 30km zone, so there are a lot of speed bumps, so please drive slowly

Completely horrible. Ordered a package that was supposed to be here today (Friday, May 12th) and I even paid for express shipping (an additional $10) and I was told that it was delayed" because they didn't have a buzzer code which they did!!! I called to see if I could get the driver to try and deliver it again and they just told me "that's not possible. It'll be sometime next week" so in other words you guys are gonna give me my $10 back for my express shipping? So fed up with companies like this who don't even care about customer satisfaction but end up getting away with it somehow. This needs to end. Either work with your customers properly or close down shop!"

Driver attempted delivery" yesterday

Worst shipping service. Tracking on website say driver left note on door but we never got anything. We were home wholeday. No truck came to our street and dont know how purolator left note. I will avoid any shipper using purolater for future.

Ordered a rather urgent expensive item that was supposed to be here on a Saturday, Got a Attempted delivery - adult receiver unavailable" error even when I was waiting outside on my porch of a pretty average not hard to find house. Nobody showed up. Didn't even get any further information until the following Monday (because they're closed Sundays" when they decided to attempt to deliver to my house again without ever notifying me beforehand even after requesting support to redirect it to a drop off point. Ended up failing to deliver again today and I have no idea when I'm going to see my package at this point. After calling support again
