Brenan's Paradise Row Funeral Home & Crematorium

Brenan's handled my Mom's arrangements when she was terminal. I don't know the specifics of how they communicated, but she laid out her wishes so my stepdad and I wouldn't have to worry once she passed. She told the gentleman she was working with that she specifically did not want an event or even an obituary. After she passed, we went in to the Paradise Row location to finalize the details of her cremation and he told us those were her wishes. I said something like, come on

Hannah and the rest of the staff were attentive, efficient and very helpful. I'm thankful for the wonderful service we received when saying good-bye to our loved one.

I cannot begin to express the gratitude and respect I have for Hannah and Douglas for making the visitation and graveside services a pleasant experience. Very respectful, responsive, the attention to detail and the care my grampy was under was phenomenal. Thank you!

I live in Ottawa & could not make it to ,my cousin's funeral (Doreen Mulholland) on Dec. 17/21. I was extremely disappointed in the video, showing only the priest & the readers. At least you could have shown her coffin to make us feel like participants.

Such wonderful and caring staff! Kodie showed such compassion and patience as we worked through all the details for my aunt. I highly recommend Brenan's for their care and attention.

My family has dealt with Brenans for years, unfortunately recently. We were impressed by the professionalism of Kate. She made the process for us a very smooth one. There was a lovely funeral director named Sharlene who worked here for years. She was an absolute treasure to work with; she helped many families through the grieving process and catered to their needs in an unparalleled way. However, I heard she no longer works here, so I will be looking elsewhere when services are required. I’d recommend others do the same as well.

I attended the funeral of a good friend's mother here years ago. One of the funeral director was fantastic, got her name for when I would need services like that. Turns out this funeral home fired her/let her go. The funeral director is more important than the funeral home.PS: Did the name change recently? Because Paradise Row is a terrible name. Makes me think of a washed up hotel, better known for nose candy and rooms rented by the hour. Which... I guess, you do rent rooms by the hour... ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Kate is horrible. Made everything worst and harder than it already was. God forbid anyone loose a very close family member, the last person you want to have to deal with is Kate, she will be ignorant and rude, should you correct her huge mistake of having randoms sign for cremation of the body and they are not actual legal next of kin. Than she will ignore all your calls nor call you back and when you have any questions in regards to the funeral, she will always be gone for the rest of the day if you show up to talk to her. Day of the funeral, you can forget about counting on kate to even show up, you ask any questions you may have, they will tell you, you need to speak with Kate, whom is of course missing. Just horrible service. I have a few family members who are still alive and well but have paid for their funeral service threw Brennan's and Mark my words, Kate will not be the one I'll be dealing with another family member of mine, nor should she come around me so I don't have to tell her about herself and her messed up ways of dealing with people whom lost their family members.

My beloved Uncle (David Richard) passed away unexpectedly this week. Brenan's was the chosen resting place. I have personally been to more funerals than I care to count, but I have never experienced or witnessed what we did, ever before. During the day of the first viewing, two funeral directors had to come in more than once as my Uncle had fluid coming out of his mouth.. Absolutely unacceptable, I can't believe that our family witness this and at times, we had to wipe his mouth. We would like an explanation and what kind of quality work is really being done...
