Parcel arrived on time and tracking was easy

No helpful tracking info after 3 months

My item has been with them for a week and says its out for delivery since. Unfortunately its out for delivery in a city 9 hrs away from me. This company is a joke. I will never deal with them again

Seller on Amazon shipped through this company. Instead of the package being delivered to my address it was delivered a block over, left unattended and marked as delivered with no phone call to myself. I was extremely lucky that the person it was delivered to was honest and I had my phone number on the outside of the package. Absolutely ridiculous.

Been waiting 38 days well past the due date - this company has no clue how logistics works - - should not be in business - no notice of a delivery attempt - other than reading online - Failed attempt - no card or notification in mail box. When ordered make sure you ask that 4Px does not handle your package - Trust pilot reviews have them at 86 % FAIL

I bought an item from an Amazon third party, and I can track it until it got picked up by 4PX. That was over a week ago. I cannot find any way to contact them, my tracking number comes up as invalid on their website tracking. I feel scammed.

I was called by the delivery driver saying that my order was delivered. When I went to go get it from my lobby, there was nothing there. I called the driver back and they said that they had accidentally called my number when delivering the previous order, but that mine was next on the list, and that they would call me when they got to my address.No delivery has been made and it's been 2 days. I tried to call the driver back, no one answers the phone. I tried to contact 4px, their customer service email ends up being undeliverable, and their 'Contact Us' page gives an error message when you submit your details.So my order has been lost, I'm out $500, and there's no way to reach this company. If you order from a website that uses this company company deliver, cancel your order immediately. I will never again order from a place that uses this company.

I did receive the package that the tracking number is regarding, but your delivery driver tossed it into the middle of my driveway. I KNOW that they had the gate code, so he could've easily opened it. I was also home to answer the intercom for the said gate, so could have opened it had he rang the buzzer. And finally, there is an unlocked man gate that they could have walked through. So there is NO excuse for them to throw the package into the middle of my driveway.Very poor service.

Sent a package of mine from China to Vancouver and they did everything flawlessly, will use them again. Thanks
