Great service. Owner Operator store. Dude knows his stuff. Forget the Big Box stores. This is faster. Easier. While supporting local businesses.Saturday open til2:00pm.Sunday closed.

Positive experience both over the phone and in person. Jim was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, taking an interest in my battery issue and providing great customer service. If you require a new battery this is the only place you should visit!

Very friendly and helpful.I wanted a better battery and upgraded from a 24 to a 27 for the camper.The guy came out and measured what would fit and even carried the new battery to the camper and put it in for me.

5 stars for customer service and pricing. Eugene was most helpful, polite, and very attentive. He conducted 2 tests-load and reserve, plus checked the battery date and concluded that a new battery was needed. I called the Honda dealership and Costco to compare prices, and Brunette Battery was the cheapest. Highly recommended!

Needed a charged battery for a customer was told it was charged and ready to go , not the case , I have charged the battery a few times will not hold a charge , took the battery into their shop and battery was test and showed at 60% I fully charged the battery 19 hours ago , I am a mechanic , and then came and given the biggest run around wow , Told by the proprietor that I am not Trustworthy and then that’s just business this is how we do it . my customer is still with their bike on the street without a battery ,Frannybyrns cont ,

Excellent customer service. I needed a specialty battery and they were able to order one and get it in a couple of days. They called when the battery arrived and the price was cheapest in town.

Very helpful staff tracked down a battery for my Kia Hybrid and then installed it for me. It wasn’t an easy install but they took the time to figure it out and did it much much quicker than I ever could have. Fair pricing. Excellent service.
