It has been the best experience I have had in an optician. It was the first time I came here and I must admit that it was by chance because I was on my way to another optician in search of frames since I had visited several opticians and had not found what I was looking for, but here it was completely the other way around. I liked so many that I didn't know which one to stay with. First I want to highlight the freedom of you being able to test the frames without dependents who are behind you asking you if you have found what you were looking for, they kindly asked me just once, they have not asked me to wear a mask either and that for me is wonderful. What is most remarkable is that you can try the frames calmly without a clerk asking you every 5 seconds not to touch all the frames because they have to clean them. They only ask you at the end, when you have already decided which one to stay with, that you can just leave the frames that you will not take on a tray. Thank you for letting the client be free, for this reason, for the attention received and for the excellent discount that I obtained from Rohan, without a doubt I recommend this optician that from now on I will go here everytime. Sangita, the optician at Lenscrafters was super helpful. She was very patient and let me take my time shortlisting the glasses I liked. Then she helped me figure out which one of them were best suited for me. Measurements were taken quickly and efficiently. Looking forward to wearing a great pair of glasses

I brought my gucci sunglasses in and Rohan did a great job fixing them. The staff here are very friendly and they have good prices on designer glasses. Highly recommend.

Shout out to Mercedes at Mayfair Mall location and the store manager. Extremely patient and accommodating. Went out of their way to explain and demonstrate transitional lenses and found sunglasses with similar style frames so I could get a sense of what the transitional lenses would look like. Also extended the current promotion, which was ending the day I shopped to a second pair of glasses that required frames to be ordered in. Super service, took their time to answer all my questions (more than once) and seemed genuinely interested in the glasses i chose and how that would turn out.

I received fabulous service from Bryn at Mayfair. I dropped in for an eyeglass repair and he rigged a clever MacGyver solution for the broken arm. I wasn't even a customer of LensCrafters and he treated me with friendliness and grace.

The associate took the time to understand my needs and helped me find the right pair of glasses that not only fit well, but also looked great. The store had a great selection of frames to choose from and the prices were very reasonable. Manager Bryn was professional and supportive. He created a welcoming atmosphere and ensured smooth operations. Great leadership and customer-focused approach. Had a great time shopping for sunglasses today! I was just thinking about getting some and the sale associate offered me great advice with no pressure. I came back right after and was shown other similar options to make sure I was happy. All of the options many of which actually made my glasses cheaper were offers and even encouraged. The kindness and realness made for a great experience thank you.
