Went here with my bridal party for my wedding last week. Very nice ladies but not a good experience. During our visit, another person came in and told them their nail polish was coming off. My pedicure also started peeling off after 2 days and I had to get it redone before the honeymoon. They fixed it for free but it has been peeling again. Also I asked for chrome nails and they warned me it would burn but I was not prepared for the very intense burning pain when my manicure was curing. I looked online and this should not be normal.

Amazing staff and Service. Yesterday was my first time there and got natural ombre nails the shape, color, size .. everything was just what I wanted. Super happy about what they have done. The place is very cozy and traditional. They were also so transparent about the price, so no surprises at the end. So far this is best nail salon, I have ever been in Ajax.

Went there today for a Shellac. The whole process took about 20mins (should tell you a lot from that). Didn’t get a decent manicure, nails were unevenly filed and there were residue in the shellac polish when they were finished. Very disappointing given the reviews I saw here.

*Updated original rating from four stars to oneI used to get my nails done here with shellac/gel polish on my natural nails. On my (second) last visit, I noticed the tech was particularly rushed. As my nails started to grow out, I could see they over-buffed my nail bed with the machine as they do not soak off polish here. I returned and advised the manager and she was very unapologetic. I asked for the polish to be removed and despite seeing the damage, she insisted I pay full price. Unfortunately my nails beds are now super thin and scratched beyond repair.

ABSOLUTELY loveeeee this salon!! they did my nails really good and all the staff were really nice!! the lady that did my nails was an angel, she ask me everytime she’d do another step if there’s anything wrong with the design/shape. i really recommend this place!

I got my nails and toes done (gel shellac) before Christmas and it looks great and is still intact. It’s a small cozy space with traditional pedicure tubs. Staffs are cordial and great at the service.
