Got here with ten minutes left before close. I was asked if I needed any help. I identified a light I liked and asked for help because it didn’t have a price tag. The worker was obviously in a rush to close five minutes early and told me they would call me with a price tomorrow. Would have appreciated it if she took a minute to do her job and tell me the price. Pretty disappointed with the service

I came here the other day after going to about 4 stores looking for little decorative screw caps to fix a light I had thrifted. Pam was great and knew just what I needed. She was so friendly, quick and efficient. I would have been in and out in a matter of 5 minutes.. if I wasn’t distracted by all the beautiful lights they have! I will definitely be returning. Thanks again Pam!

Absolutely fantastic! Up to date modern lighting you can't find anywhere in the area. Have purchased many light fixtures there, the staff is always very helpful and prices are fair. Just called again today to see if I could order a particular ceiling fan and they had it ordered in no time at all!!! Super happy customer

A lot of nice hanging lights. They had alot of large ones if you are looking for that for an open concept, high ceilings home. Pricing is a bit more than Home Depot, but they have a good selection to choice from. Have some that were on sale in stock.

My wife and I love our modern chandelier purchased from City Lights. Pam was very supplying extra down rod so that we could hang it at our desired height. We also love our pendant lights that we purchased. Will buy lighting here again.

Spent $7000 at this place. Gave me 90 of the wrong bulbs at 8.95 a bulb and I had to run around on day of install to find proper bulbs in my city at 13.00 a bulb and returned the extra 60 he gave me in error which I could have sold myself to make up for all the issues, $2000 light needed to be repaired by the electrician upon install, $1600 light was missing the chain and cap and electrician had to take apart my old fixture to use on new fixture and Jim, supposedly the owner would not do anything to rebate me for the broken fixtures, wrong bulbs, time spent going back and forth to his store 1 hour away. Were also supposed to order me two more lights 3 weeks ago which didn't happen and would only discount those 100 lights by 20percentThis was the worst store, the worst experience I have ever had in my life.

We spent close to $2K in his store yet he simply can't pick up the phone and hear our concerns. Beware of custom orders folks - if they don't take it off the ceiling it is a custom order and you will pay a 30% restocking fee (regardless of the price) if you decide to return it. We were burned for $120 but the more expensive the more you will pay.Yes this is posted in the store but we had no idea we made a custom order. Who thinks when you walk in a store and want to purchase an item they have on display that it is considered a custom order. I consider it a custom order when you have to specially order a product that is specifically designed and custom made according to your own specifications

I went in for some kitchen task lighting. They didn't have what i wanted in stock, but they shipped it in from a different store. I picked the lights up and installed them. One didn't work, i brought it back and the lady said that she would bring another one in and was very pleasant and helpful. All lights now work as expected. The prices seemed reasonable, but I'm no lighting expert.

Terrible, time-consuming experience due to poor customer service.Beware – buy only if you want headaches and hassle.Total order was $3,200 for 8 lights. 2 of the 8 lights - 25% of the order! – were defective. The first defective light came with rust on it – store staff did not do a simple quality check. I returned it to store and got replacement and reinstalled it myself.The second defective light – my main kitchen chandelier, big and heavy – failed to work properly. I had paid to have it installed by an electrician and had him come back to check, thinking it was a switch issue. Nope. Faulty light.I notified store. Given it was the second failure on the order, asked them to deliver replacement and install it. Despite my clear description of the problem they suggested it was a switch issue; they finally accepted the obvious, but never apologized. They refused to install; they did agreed to deliver. No mention of even a token refund to compensate me for my hassle or for reinstallation of the heavy kitchen chandelier.19 days later still have not delivered the replacement. Nothing but excuses, like their delivery person “doesn't go out that way often”.I regret this $3,200 purchase so much ... that I posted my first Google review.I hope this helps you.

Visited the store and had great service in person but tried to follow-up by email and phone after doing more research. No reply to two emails sent. Made multiple phone calls to the store during ope hours and they did not pickup the phone and their voicemail is full.
