Here, I had a truly wonderful experience. Jon-Michael was our sales representative, and I have to mention that he is quite knowledgeable about cars and provides excellent customer service. I was admiring a grey with red interior RDX. When I arrived at the showroom, Jon-Michael had everything at his desk, including the carfax report and the service history of the vehicle. In order for me to feel confident and at ease with my purchase, he was also gracious enough to explain to me all the technical words in the service history record. Before coming here, I visited several showrooms and spoke with a variety of suppliers and salespeople; he was by far the best I encountered. Again, many thanks to Jon-Michael.

The environment at the entrance itself gives you a vibe for the friendly and efficient service you will be getting. Josh from the Sales is such a wonderful person: most importantly a good listener and he analysis customer's needs, wants and dont's. Had the same patience level and smile when explaining things for fifth time also to us. Marc from Finance is such a lively and happy face person; Clear cut to the point and tells you pros and cons for every step. I mean what else can we ask if someone can explain finance in easy steps.Overall: Top Class Service, Enthusiastic environment and Wonderful Team!Two extra Stars because of these guysWould rate it 7star out of 5!

Jon-Michael really helped me to go through the process and it was a very fair negotiation on his side. Most importantly he assisted me in getting a free vehicle delivery which was more then 150 km away to Peterborough, which was very critical to me. The delivery was a bit delayed but clear communication along the way helped a lot. Overall I had a great experience with this dealership and I do enjoy my new car a lot with a very good price that I paid for it. I will come back.
