Had a good experience getting my brows done for the first time, Veronica was super helpful and experienced and walked me through everything. It's been several months now and my brows are still looking amazing. Highly recommend this place!

I want to share my wonderful experience with Veronica at Pretty In The City Markham. I went for an initial in-person consultation and this was my choice. Veronica was patient, kind and answered every single question (and I had many!). I was hesistant to have my brows done as I wanted a natural look. In late March, I had my brows done - a combination of powder brow and nano brow. Veronica is highly skilled and this is apparent in the manner she maintains her work environment and also the calming manner in which she performs the work. I hardly felt anything and I experienced very little peeling/flaking as I followed her recommendations of how to care for my brows in the days following the procedure. Today I went back for my touch up and it was a pleasure to see Veronica again. My brows look like they have been there all my life which is what I wanted - I am 50 and it seems to have given me an eyelift. Yesterday my 22 year-old daughter casually told me that my brows look beautiful. That's the best endorsement! So if you are looking for someone who has years of experience and will tell you the truth while listening to your needs, then Veronica at Pretty In The City (Markham) is your person. I only wish I had done this years ago!

I did a lot of research online when looking to do my eyebrows and I found Veronica!! I just went for my touch up this week and I couldn’t be happier with how my eyebrows turned out!! I originally had my brows done 10 years ago and they faded red. The shape was outdated, I went to see Veronica to have my brows re-done. She told me that if I wanted them to be more natural looking, I would have to lift some color out of my skin with a saline lightening treatment. I did two sessions of that and patiently waited until she felt it was light enough to finally get powder brows done.When I finally got my new brows, it reconfirmed why I only trust Veronica with my brows. The brows turned out exactly the way I wanted. Veronica is an amazing permanent makeup artist and very professional. I could not be happier with my results and gotten many compliments on how natural and great they look. It was worth the wait and every penny!

Absolutely love my brows! Veronica is professional, down to earth, super skilled and guided me right from the start. From the mapping of my brows, how it should look and corrected my previous brows as it had a red undertone. I know I was in good hands. It took a long time for me to decide to get my brows done. I was nervous. I did a lot of research and chose Pretty in the City based on the strong reviews. And it was a great choice. I had a great experience with Veronica. She is confident in her work and I love my brows! It looks natural and I absolutely love waking up with perfect brows everyday - no more shaping and filling them in myself! I feel more confident going out in public with a bare face. I am convinced they brighten up my face. It was well worth the cost.

Veronica is an absolute pro and a lovely person! I had microblading/shading done before Christmas and recently went in for a touch-up. My brows look so natural that you would not even know. Veronica spent a lot of time mapping out the shape and is meticulous throughout the entire procedure. For those who are scared that there may be pain, don't be, I hardly felt anything.I travelled an hour for the appointment and will again when I need to have them done again.
