I went yesterday to do facial. Barriana is amazing. She is so nice and professional. My skin was glowing and looked very clean and fresh. I highly recommend it. The price is perfect for the service.

Hello Ladies......my journey started back in October I came into Rosewater Spa to have my eyebrows microbladed. 1 month later in November I came back to Rosewater Spa to Nihan (Owner) to touchup areas of concern. Well I called Nijan and left several msgs and texts and I sunsequently found out she blocked me from the website in December......so I randomly went to the spa atb190 Dunlop and waited almost 1 hour in front lobby before Nijan came out to talk to me. It was the only way I knew to get her attention, but the weird part is ......I cannot figure out why I was being ghosted. Nijan stated she was really busy and I told her I was not satisfied how my brows looked. I was the one that suggested I wait until January and we get together to address my concern! Nijan agreed!II HAVE CALLED 8 qtimes in January, andq texted Nijan 3 times AND NO REPLY! RESPONSE!!!!!HOW DISRESPECTFUL•••••••••CUSTOMER FRIENDLY....questionable..... MY EXPERIENCE HAS BEEN TERRIBLE ! SO I WILL BE FILING A CLAIM AGAINST NIJAN/ROSEWATER SPA THIS BUSINESS PRACTICE IS NOT LEGAL..... worst part I HAVE BEEN MISTREAYED BECAUSE?????????????

My wife booked us in for a couples massage at rosewater spa.I was highly impressed with the service and the friendly and professionalism of the staffWhen all was done I felt like a new person.We will definitely be going back and highly recommended it to everyone.Thanks rosewater

Shout out to my ladies at Rosewater beauty for slaying it as per usual! As someone who has seborrheic dermatitis I am extremely carful of what I put on my skin. My facial with Brianna was amazing, she made sure I was comfortable every step of the way, she also was very gentle and brought a calm and relaxing energy throughout the whole experience and that also goes for my full body relaxation massage I got today! 10/10 would recommend! Enjoy the before and during and after photos!I also got a lash lift and tint done by Riley, it was my first time getting anything done to my lashes and she made it so relaxing. Not only that but when I asked her to kind of narrate as she was going because I was nervous she totally understood and had no problem doing it ! She also had time to do an eyebrow wax for me which I was in DESPERATE need of! 10/10 would also recommend! Enjoy the after photos!

Been a bit self-conscious about my hairline. Happy to say that Rosewater and Nihan (the owner I believe) made it noticably better. I truly appreciate it. Great staff. Everyone working was friendly polite and courteous. Thanks again! Have been recommending it to lots of close friends with similar concerns.

Love Rosewater Spa!! I went in for a pedicure with parafin treatment and it was amazing! The staff is so warm and friendly and the atmosphere is so welcoming. The prices are definitely reasonable. I've already booked in for another visit :)If you get a chance, definitely check it out.

Just had my first facial at Rosewater spa. My experience was excellent. My questions were answered prior to my facial. I can say I'll definitely be going back for another one.
